I ordered this bag last minute for a trip. It arrived on time, but the bag was ripped through to the inside. Normally I would have sent it back, but I needed it right away. I used duct tape on both sides and it kept my food frozen for about five hours. I recommend ordering a size up than what you think you need so I seals properly.

I bought this to carry hot or cold foods home from the grocery store. I really liked the fact that it didn't need ice and foods would be fine for up to three hours. It works well and even ice cream doesn't begin to melt! The handle is comfortable too and I like the snap closure. I have other sizes of these bags too but this one is handy when I don't have a lot to pack home.

Sometimes my man doesn’t have a lunch break for 4 hours and by that time the food is close to room temp/cooled. But if it’s been 2 hours in the bag the food is still warm just not hot. So it’s a good temporary fix.

The bag was so small you could barely fit anything in it so I returned it over a week ago and still have not been refunded my money! Found one double the size and half the price in the supermarket.

It works very well. Used it for my job as an uber eats driver and it kept the food warm and the ice cream unmelted. Loved the product
