The carb that was delivered to me has the choke and throttle on the same side of the carb, not on opposite sides as pictured in the listing.Also, the studs are on slightly longer centers which necessitated elongating the mounting holes on my intake manifold.The hole in the choke lever needed to be drilled larger to accommodate the cable stop/clamp.I still have not yet started to motor.I would not recommend this for a Wisconsin VH4D used on an '70's model Bobcat 720.I added the following on 6 January 2022:It was necessary to make a small, rather simple piece of linkage from brazing rod to accommodate the opposite side throttle.I have run the motor for several hours and the carb works very well.I you are mechanically adept get it.I am happy with the functionality.

I purchased two of these units. Float valve was stuck on both. Had to disassemble both to fix. Other than that both work fine

The carburetor did not work.

Don't let these people rip you off by spending $250.00 for something they bought off of Alibaba for $10.00 bucks. These things are not jetted properly and your engine will not run right. . .I bought one of the Kipa carburetor for the Farmall Cub last year and in first appearance they look good, but the engine did not run nice under load. I needed to scavenge original jets and other related parts from an original I-H carburetor to make this thing work properly. If you have the need for one of these Chinese carburetors, just go to Aliexpress and buy one for less than $50.00. . . .The carburetors for N model Ford tractors are also garbage, but are fixable with original internal parts
