Our 15 year old Shih Tsu who has been diagnosed with Cushings is nearly blind and totally deaf has added being incontinent of bowel and bladder to her list of woes. I think she is mostly incontinent because she also no longer barks or makes any distinguishable noise. My husband has been very intolerant of the bathroom issues and it doesn’t help that all the diapers that we had tried before these would contain the urine but not the feces. Thankfully, these wonderful diapers will contain both so no more surprises on the floor! I have been so grateful to find these and our home is once again peaceful.

Evidentally, they have redesigned these diapers. The old design has a flap for the tail hole, rather large and the diaper itself is longer in girth. I think it helps deal with keeping the tail hole in place, does have to be pulled tighter. I dont believe the elastic around the legs is as good as the new design. This is made for a dog with a tail. i have an older Shih Tzu and the only time she walks out of it is when she has peed a couple of times in it unbeknownst to me. The new design with the foam hole works well. The diaper is somewhat smaller and still fits well. The elastic is better. It seems the new design works well if she has a different kind of accident in it. When you order, you really don't know which design is going to show up right now from Amazon. I think they use general product photos BE WATCHFUL. Ours is 11 lbs. and wears a small.

I measured my pup and his waist is 13 inches, I bought the small size. He is 12 lbs. The diaper fits his waist well but is too short to cover his wee-wee. It is at least 2 inches short. I can't use them.

Was up visiting my daughter just after one of her dogs had a littler of puppies. The momma was having issues with controlling her “stuff”. This helped great in getting her back on track. Only used after the nursing was done.

I have an American Staffordshire terrier 4 year old 70lb male and these definitely weren't long enough to cover front to back in the Large/XLarge size.

I bought these because I have an older dog who sometimes has accidents in the night time. I started to put these on him before I went to bed and now I have peace of mind They are easy to put on and the tabs stay put. In the morning when I take it off there is never any leaks. All of the liquid has been full absorbed and most importantly my Buddy doesn't seem to be uncomfortable wearing them.

Good placement of stickers and tail is reinforced. They stayed on. They're snug a little looser would be good but they work for my 96lb male German Shepard. I think if you have a long haired they might be a bit too snug but they're a better fit than the other ones I've tried on Amazon for his surgery recovery.

These are the best doggy diapers due to the gasket around the tail and the extra pad above the tail hole. Prevents leaking for my 15 year old pointer- she has urine leakage while in a deep sleep - these are the best diapers I have foundI also put one of the Velcro washable diapers over top to make sure it stays in place over night- i would highly recommend just a little pricey

I use these for my elderly dog. He’s an 8lb Maltese and I use the size small. Very effective. He doesn’t mind wearing them at all.
