7.5lb Wild Rice Roll Cut

Growing up in Minnesota, I harvested Wild Rice as a teen. I miss having it readily available. This is a great product. It is a large package, we eat it often, every special meal so it works for us but 7 #'s may last some people a long time. We add canned button mushrooms and butter at the end. Our family loves it and it is fun to introduce it to our friends who typically think the Uncle Ben's product is wild rice.

Haven't tried it yet, but very familiar with MN wild rice.

Unless I missed something, I would like to know how much to add to a cup or two of brown, and other rices. I’ll contiinu to experiment until I get it right.

Great product. Enjoy the taste. I mix it to white rice. Also use it for soup.
