CALIFORNIA SUN DRY Sun Dried Tomato Bruschetta, 9 Ounce Jar (Pack of 6) | Gluten-Free & Antioxidant Rich

I always buy California Sun jarred sun-dried tomatoes in oil (pieces/julienne). I was thinking this would have a richer taste than it does. To me, it tastes more like a marinara sauce base than a bruschetta & is too wet for my taste. Not saying it's a bad product, just not what I was expecting so I wouldn't order this for myself again. If you find the sun-dried tomato strips too strong you may enjoy the milder flavor. I'll strain mine in a sive or mix it with tomato paste for spaghetti sauce.

Our Guests really liked this bruschetta. It had the depth of sundried tomatoes with the fresh taste of other vegetables combined in a delicious way. Perfect with crostini or bagel chips or even just toasted baguette slices.

Very tasty on crackers. Could use a bit more spice. Fades away with anything more than a cracker.

The first time I tried this bruschetta was at Thanksgiving. My boyfriend's parents acquired this product from Saco Foods. They don't sell this at a local store around me so I'm so happy I found this on Amazon. This has great flavor, tastes really fresh, and is so simple to serve. I highly recommend this!

I put a spoonful on sliced baguette & put them in the oven. Absolutely delicious bruschetta!

tastes great. my problem is it has canola oil instead of olive oil, so since they dont say its either GMO free or organic, I can only assume its the GMO version. why ruin the product like that? Because I would have ordered this again. very disappointing
