Bread for the week
When I received this bread it felt like it was already a day old. No drama, ciabatta keeps very well and I cut a chunk sprayed some water on it and put in a preheated oven to refresh it. Then I made my beautiful sandwich. I had this bread wrapped on my board for a full six days and no mold just the best toasted ciabatta for my cheese topping. Delicious

Too dense for my taste.
Too dense for my tastes. I prefer the lighter version from other shops. But it is a good product that most people will probably like, my husband does!

NO.
Let's start by having you LEARN the difference between BREAD types before you advertise.Secondly, if it wasnt a rock in plastic Perishable (food) I'd be returning it ASAP no matter how much or little it actually cost, just principle. As an italian I am disgusted by what you are passing off as CIABATTa, especially since the REST OF THE WORLD has Finally started to get it right about 78% of the time.go back to baking lessons and ciulinary school. I have a brick that I tossed in the garbage. FRESH my butt. Please do NOT advertside things you ARE UNABLE to make. This does not LOOK, FEEL, TASTE, RESEMBLE, is COCOKED LIKE or ...easy THIS is NOT A CIABATA.Very very disapointed, I was looking forward to whatever amazonf fresh "version" of "ciabatta" you'd come up with.total fail. Everything was else was either fine or doesn't desrve time for a review, this is imoperative. Take that off the market or brand it AS the Actual bread it is but whatever you do DO NOT PASS IT OFF AS AN ITALIAN BREAD going back generations. IT IS AN INSULT, FALSE ADVERTISING, MERCHANDISE SWAP, IGNORANT BREEDING and frankly, kinda unpleasant and not good.step up your game.also I can't say it is the worst CIABATTA...because sorry dudes.....that is NOT A CIABATTA. Take a training course in baking foreign breads please, for all of us and stop swindling people with a CATCHY 21st century adopted everytwhere highly misunderstood baking word known as ciabatta.thank you, please stop. rebran please ot real how to BAKE A CIABATTA!very disappointed, mainly by the MARKETING.

A lovely, crusty Ciabatta style loaf.
A really lovely bread. Beautifully crusty on the outside, and soft and springy inside. It's not a white loaf, but it's not brown either. It's in the middle, erring to white. It was perfect sliced and eaten with a variety of cheeses. Truly delicious.I will happily buy again.I hope you found this review helpful.

Perfectly Ciabatta most of the time
I don’t understand one of the previous reviewer s very negative review claiming to be offended by this bread as an Italian. Well, I am also an Italian reviewer and I find this bread is perfectly Ciabatta, better than the rock hard ciabatta we sometimes get from bakery back home in Italy . Absolutely no need for over the top dramatic negative review. Bread needs to be super fresh to taste the best and sometimes breads that we buy delivered to home is not super fresh and sometimes it is super fresh, this happens in Italy too! This is Ciabatta bread!

Dry as my grandmothers ashes
Horrible dry, hard to cut and unbearable to eat bread. It came un a plastic bag and from the get go I knew it's not gonna be good, fully plastic bagged bread gets discusting very quickly and this was the case here.
