SkechersSport Women's Premium-Premix Slip-On Sneaker

Skechers have been my favorite shoes since they came out in mid 90's. The size 9 in all different styles fit me perfectly and were extremely comfortable. I have had severe orthopedic problems after a major back injury, resulting in double knee and hip replacements. My inpatient physical therapists recommended that I get a good pair of sneakers. I purchased the Skechers sneakers with the engraved flowers and they fit like a glove. They were lace up for which I would need help in tying because I am not supposed to bend that far, which is fine when someone is around to assist me, but I wanted slip on sneakers for my use when no one is around. On the Amazon product page right below the price was a suggestion that even though I wear a size 9 in every other Skechers shoe I own, that I should buy a Size 8 and a half. Thinking about it, I assumed that because there were no laces, I would need a half size lower because, after wearing them, they would become loose and slip on my feet. When I received them I realized that the "suggestion" was a very bad one and since has been removed from the product page. These sneakers were very small, so I ordered my correct size of 9. When I received the size 9 they were again way too small. I tried a shoe horn and tried to get my foot in into the shoes and became a fruitless endeavor. The elastics that are on either side of the tongue are very stiff and do not allow you to get your foot into the shoe. I also realized that I would have to order a size up to a Size 10 and then the shoe would be too large on my foot. I have now decided to order the new silicone laces and ordered another pair of the Skechers Blossom sneakers, this time in black. This whole thing is very annoying because I have NEVER needed any other size, but Size 9. So pay attention when the reviewers who say these Skechers run small, heed the warning, because Skechers really screwed up this style and now I will question if the company is using a new business model where, each individual style has its own Size. It is difficult for me to send these shoes back. I am disappointed that I really can't order future Skechers with confidence that they will fit perfectly!

I have been wearing Skechers shoes since they were introduced to me back in 2001 by a family member working at a local shoe store at the mall. I love this premium slip on version as compared to the boxy looking laced up version, and the memory foam version of Skechers stuff that doesn't last. These are the old style slip ons, they are fantastic and will last much longer than their memory foam version. Can't find these at my local stores for years now, so I was thrilled to find them on Amazon. Got a black pair for the yard work and playing with my dogs, and a white pair for everyday wear. I live in these things all day long working from home for years now. Mistake I made ordering this one was that I forgot they really run small compared to the lace up ones, and I needed to order either the comfy wide version, or a 1/2 size larger than I usually wear. I'm keeping them and they are slowly getting more comfy, but at first putting them on they felt really super narrow near the toes and exceptionally tight. Advice, order a little larger than you usually wear. They are great and they are the solid version of the shoe, without the crappy memory foam that wears out super fast. I went thru a memory foam pair in less than two months and won't buy that version of Skechers ever again. These here, are great! Just like I remember!

Perfect shoe! However it runs way too small. Order a half to a full size larger. I have a small wide foot and wear a 6.5, but they are too tight. So I am returning for the next size up. I am being bold. Update: They were so small that circulation became an issue. That being said I am ordering an 8. I will post photos of the ones that are too tight and again later of the ones that fit. UPDATE 12/2015!: The size 8 worked great! NEW UPDATE 5/1/17 just ordered another (3rd) pair! They have a long life span and are super durable! Best shoe ever! I will continue to buy them as long as they have them in stock! Just make sure to order a size and a half up. I wear a 6 1/2 and an eight fits me perfectly.

They cut off the circulation where the shoe tongue meets the ankle. It actually hurts to bend in these. I missed the return window by only 7 days, but I would send them back if I could. Only wore them maybe 5 times hoping they would break in, but they didn't. Need a shoe horn to get into them. (I have an old pair that I loved....don't know why these are so so tight.) Today I purchased a pair that look identical to these "premium" sneakers, but the name on the back is "Elite" instead. I'm hoping they fit better. If you check the pictures of each shoe from above, there is a difference in the size of the opening. Crossing my fingers. Update****if you cut the elastic on the Premium-Premix shoes you can get into them easier and they are much more comfortable to wear. See pic. UPDATE - I received the Skechers Sport Women's Elite Class Fashion Sneaker (same look) and they are much, much, more comfortable!!

This shoe had potential until I received it. It was hard to put on and equally hard to take off. The top of the shoe was so extremely tight that it hurt my feet to wear them. The sizing was correct but the top was very narrow. My choice with this shoe is (A) either buy another in a half size larger that will be big but POSSIBLY not as narrow on the top or (B) get a different brand that fits correctly. My answer is B. I will give these to someone else who can wear them. P.S: I wore them three times to see if wearing them will somehow stretch it but it didn't, and I suffered for trying. Sketchers need to have the shoe tried on by people with different foot sizes. I am a 6.5 narrow but this was way too narrow for my foot.

I love this style. Brought 1st pair in US in 2005. They have just worn out so am really glad sketchers are still making them.Sizing has changed. Originals were UK size 5 1/2 these are a 6 & fit perfect.Just wish US styles were available in UK as the postage and customs is nearly same price as show. Makes it overall very pricy. .Well packaged and arrived in good time seeing as come from US and tracking was good. No complaints - hope they last as long as 1st pair .
