Great taste and smell of roses. Very soft and easy to apply. Feels lovely and softens lips.

Doesn’t work
This is a very thin lip balm, it doesn’t do what it says in description. Don’t bother

Not the best.
I used it to moisturise my lips but found a lip balm that worked better and was much cheaper.

Not bad, but not good either. Also it's tiny!!
I've never been someone who needs to have super new, top of the range, rave reviewed fad items, always caring more about whether or not something works as it should, does what I personally need it to do and whatever it is not costing the earth (both financially and ecologically speaking). So for lip balm/care I have always used a mix of an affordable range lip balm stick to moisturise and hydrate (usually the pearl shine one from Nivea) and a small tin of Vaseline to protect my skin from the elements. However, as I'm in my 30s now I have started doing a proper skincare routine and found out how much I love Hyaluronic Acid for my skin so naturally I wanted to find a lip balm with it in too.The balm itself is nice. It does a good job of hydrating my lips and leaves them soft and smooth. I didn't really notice any sort of 'plumping' effect though, which is meant to be one of the main effects of the HA. It wasn't even like the lip glosses you can get with chilli or similar in them that plump your lips by essentially irritating them and making them tingle, increasing the blood flow. As I said though, that wasn't why I bought it so it wasn't a deal breaking flaw for me.Saying all this though I have to be honest and say that my feelings on this lip balm are mixed. The amount of product that you actually get is TINY! I have fairly small hands and the stick of balm was thinner than my pinkie finger! Not only does this make the balm very overpriced but it also means that it becomes less ergonomic as you use it. I got about a 3rd of the way through and the fact that it was so thin meant that it broke a chunk off the top of the stick. It wasn't enough to be able to reattach it to the rest, it was like if you took a lipstick that was slanted at the top for better application and at the base of the slanted edge you decided to cut straight across horizontally. Every time the top got too thin it did that!It is a shame because the formula is fairly nice and does the job a lip balm is supposed to do, but there's just so little of it, and it's so badly designed because of the thinness of the stick that it makes the whole product a pain in the arse to use. I was also not hugely happy about paying £7 for a lip balm before I received it so after finding out how little you get I'm definitely not thinking that I got a bargain! Honestly, it isn't completely empty yet but it isn't far off and I have only had it 3 weeks! Just overall disappointing when the formula itself is pretty promising.
