Packaged Extremely well. Looks great, very good quality. HOWEVER!!! - 1. The power unit emits an ever so slight hum in-between fully bright and fully dim. So when its fully bright - no sound, when fully dim - no sound. Anything in between emits a hum - not noticeable but its there. The bluetooth needs to be reset every couple of connects - which is extremely annoying. If you put this mirror on a switch that shouldn't be a problem, I didn't - I ran it directly. The brightness level is very good. Very bright, the lowest setting lights up the entire bathroom which is 11x6. The highest setting, there is no need for other lights unless your shaving or whatever. The speakers are legit - even on 50%-60% they are legit - don't expect Bose quality - but then again its not needed here. Everything else is well thought out - there is a soft strip in back which prevents water from getting in - haven't had a chance to try to anti-fog feature as the bathroom is remodeled as has high powered air exhaust so its never foggy. I do recommend putting this on a switch to make life easier. If its plugged in directly you will always have the 2 red touch buttons lit up - not a big deal but not necessary when not in use. The bluetooth issue - after a couple of days of no use - the bluetooth shows up but cant connect to any device, a reset takes care of that problem, there is no password and then after like couple of hours its almost like it times out - very odd. Mirror looks legit - expensive and classy. Is it worth 440 bucks - probably not!!! - but you wont find anything cheaper in the size I was looking for.

Great price and easy to put up. Not so easy to wire but I found a you tube video where a women used a Project Source 15 Amps 125-Volt NEMA 1-15P General Straight Plug that I was able to wire my self. It works fine. The previous version that I bought had the ability to disable Bluetooth audio to the mirror o. The mirror. But that seems to have been removed. The brightness is also a bit lower than the previous versions.

These mirrors look amazing! Didn’t realize they had Bluetooth speakers built in! Bonus!

The mirror I received was disappointing. First, the packaging was falling apart. Second, three of the four side rails had their glue fail and had broken off. Easy enough to fix though with crazy glue. Third, the mounting brackets had too tight a tolerance, had to bend them a bit to get the mirror to mount. Fourth, when I finally got the mirror mounted. There were chips in the sides, brown blemishes in the surface, dirt in the frosted portions, and bubbles in the glass. However, the electronics work very well. And, from a long distance, it is beautiful.The seller has contacted me to make things right and expressed they were disappointed with my experience. They offered to replace the mirror or refund me entirely. This is a very elegant product. It is quite possible I just received one of those fluke items that didn't go through the full inspection process at the factory.
