Innisfree Jeju Volcanic Pore Clay Mask, 3.38 Ounce

I really loved this product! I was so happy to add it to my beauty routine. As someone who is obsessed with masks, I was wowed by how well this worked. I would recommend this to anyone with oily or combination skin, either as a full facial or spot treating only in problem areas. It has really made a difference in my black heads and has prevented many breakouts!*Who should use this:*Anyone who has oily skin, or parts of their skin is oily, would benefit from this product. Those with dry skin should approach this product with caution, since it can further dry out the skin and cause irritation. If you have dry skin and suffer from acne, I would use this product very rarely, and instead use a soothing/hydrating mask like Facial Algae Mask by Ageless La Cure (if you don't know why, I highly recommend looking up how dry skin can actually exasperate acne! It may help you ditch the zits!). Before using any facial product, especially if you have sensitive skin, those prone to irritation and acne, you should consult a dermatologist to ensure the best health for your skin.*How this should be used:*Before applying this product, I find it best to exfoliate before hand with an gentle exfoliating face wash, to get rid of any dead skin. Since this product draws the sebum out of the skin, exfoliating helps expose the pores more so the mask can work more efficiently. After washing the face, dab your face with a towel to dry (DO NOT RUB: Rubbing your face with a towel can cause irritation, especially after exfoliating, leading to rashes, increase production in oil in the face, and acne!). After, I suggest using an AHA and BHA toner, (I use Mizon Aha & Bha Daily Clean Toner: it's fairly inexpensive; has enough to last you about 6 months to a year; it is very gentle on the face, especially compared to every other toner I have used; and works wonders on the skin, giving it a healthy glow). An AHA and BHA toner will again help with the exfoliation process by lifting dead cells and loosening up the waste in the pores. Let the toner dry, and then apply a layer of the Jeju Volcanic Pore Clay Mask, which should be of thin to medium thickness (just enough so you can only see you skin showing threw a little). This should only be left on for 10-15 minutes, or you'll be doing more harm to your skin then good y drying it out. Remove the mask with either a wet sponge/towel or just water. Highly recommend following this up with a moisturizing mask, like the algae mask I stated earlier, that will prevent excess dryness, protect the skin, and prevent acne. After, use a facial lotion and sunscreen with your skin looking the best it ever has!*Outline of steps:*1. Exfoliate with a gentle exfoliator.2. Dab your face with a towel to dry it.3. Use a toner (best would be an AHA/BHA one) and let it dry.4. Apply mask to face, thin to medium thickness.5. Wash off after 10-15 minutes. *Do not leave it on for more than 10-15 minutes.*6. Optional: Highly recommend following with a hydrating face mask7. love this product! Small jar, but you don't use a lot with each use. The only suggestion I have: when using it on a particular big pore, make sure you apply a bit more on that spot; and use a washcloth and warm/hot water. Then apply a moisturizer. All clay masks tend to feel like it's drying out your skin because they do tighten up the pores. Use it twice a week and you will notice the difference in your skin almost immediately!

Why can't I return? Look this stuff! It's already dry like a hard rock! How old is this product? I want a return!!

To be honest there is nothing really great about this product. I have used the whole thing and didn’t really see or feel a big difference in my skin. The only reason I gave this a 3 out 5 is because I appreciate that this product doesn’t have fragrance in it. Just get a Bentenite clay mask from azetec it will get all the trash out of your pores for only 8 dollars!

The mask works really well! I usually wash my face first, then steam, then use the mask and my face feels so soft and moisturized afterwards. Also, when I told the company that I had an issue with the first delivery, they immediately sent me a replacement. I'm happy with the product and experience and will buy again.

I really like this mask. It's a softer consistency than many mud masks and has a soft fragrance. While cool, the mud doesn't have that freezing-cold effect that some masks do. It dries in about 10 minutes depending on thickness and dries to a softer finish than most. It's easy to clean off with water and my skin feels fresh and clean afterwards. It works really well for my oily, acne-prone face and doesn't leave me feeling itchy or dry, but still seems to get the blackheads cleared out. There's no rebound reactions or breaking out later on. Really impressed.

I really like how clean my pores are after using this mask. I have a pretty detailed routine when I use a clay mask because I hate when I miss some product on my face when washing so I'll rinse it off but also use a light face scrub to ensure I'm getting everything off. A little goes a long way on me and I only apply on my cheeks and my nose all the way up to in between my eyebrows.

I've got oily/dry combination skin, and this mask is really great on my dryer areas--it doesn't dry it out at all, in fact my skin comes out softer and almost moisturized, which seems weird given that it's a mud mask, but I enjoy it. It isn't great at drawing out blackheads or anything in my opinion, but it's good to draw out a bit of oil on your face. The nice thing about this mask is that it isn't harsh at all, so you could probably use it everyday and not have an issue.

Nice product if your skin is sensitive, it didn’t do anything for my skin tho didn’t see my pores look smaller or feel more cleansed. won’t buy again because I just saw no results.

It is a good product, but I cannot call it perfect as other review say, because of the price. It is just a good clay mask, you can find cheaper ones of the same quality.

This mask is ideal for someone with sensitive skin and is looking for something a little stronger to clear their pores! Didn't feel anything even during my worst eczema outbreaks!

Did the job

After 8 months of using it, I can really tell the difference. I will buy again and again.
