I bought these to help extend the life of my favorite old LL Bean slippers in which the fur insole had worn to bare leather. I bought size 13 for my 13w slippers and they fit perfectly in the slippers. They feel dense and it's wonderful to have the fur bottoms again. They add nice insulation to keep you warmer as well. It took a short while to get used to them as my feet would tend to slide to the side of the insole, but I expected this since the construction of my slippers is very soft and flexible. In stiffer footwear this would not be an issue at all. After a few days, I got used to it and it is no longer a problem. I ended up buying an extra pair of the insoles just in case I need them in the future, and wouldn't hesitate to buy them again if necessary.

I didn't use these in a standard fur boot or ugg boot. I stuffed them into some waterproof work boots I have. I always thought the toe box was too spacious for my toes and it caused rubbing as my foot would slide around up there for extended walks. I also really only use them for wet weather during dog walks these days. So they're not under daily torment at a job. They fit in there perfect over the old insole. They're not too narrow for me. Like some other reviewers have indicated. They're thick, warm, and cozy.

You'd have to get a size larger shoe in order for these to fit in your shoes/ boots! THESE ARE GREAT TO WEAR IN SLIPPERS AROUND THE HOUSE!

I’ve been shopping for comforting insoles for a year and a half since a circulation crisis damaged all the nerves in my foot. Some of my best results have come from using sheepskin. But not all sheepskins are created equal. Cheaper sheepskin smashes flat and becomes ineffective fairly quickly.So far, I’ve found Uggs insoles and now these from Millton have the kind of dense wool that works for my needs. The Uggs last about 3 months; I hope these will do the same. And for some shoes, the Millton insole may fit better.

I love that I can order these to extend the life of my slippers. I wear slippers every day around the house and with daily use these held up for about 11 months. This has been a great way to extend the life of my expensive slippers. They are a bit tight at first but they do relax in about a week.

I have only ever purchased UGG brand, but I thought I would try these. They are well made and comfortable, but they seem a bit narrow at the toe and the instep. I feel like they should be wider. There is a gap at the outer top of each and my pinky toe sinks lower than the insert. If I went a size larger, I think they would be too long.Still, decent for the price.

After 5+ years the bottom lining of my LL Bean Moosehide slippers had worn out. I ordered a size 11, like the slippers. These liners initially seemed too thick, but comfortably molded to my feet after a few hours of wearing. I’m sure I extended the life of my fav slippers for at least 5 more years!

I had a pair of lined sneakers where the insole had worn out. I bought these for a replacement, and they've been great. Very warm and comfortable. They are quite thick, so had to loosen the laces of my shoes to get them to fit when wearing. But that was no big deal. I was able to take a measurement from other insoles to make sure I was ordering the right size. And these fit perfectly using my measurements.
