For an internal battery, HP OMEN makes it easy to install it... you can use a small philips head screwdriver for the entire install process. Literally, it took me five minutes. Thank you!

I expected a 72Wh and 9450MA/H battery, as the description says and how I must replace my laptop. However, the one I have received is a 60Wh and 7800MA/H battery, evident of lower load capacity and duration. Therefore I feel somewhat deceived. I already installed it in the laptop because I needed to use it, however I need an explanation.Yo esperaba una batería de 72Wh y 9450mA/h, tal como dice la descripción y como es la que debo reemplazar de mi laptop. Sin embargo la que he recibido es una batería de 60Wh y 7800mA/h, evidente de menor capacidad de carga y duración. Por lo tanto me siento un tanto engañado. Ya la instalé en la laptop porque necesitaba utilizarla, sin embargo necesito una explicación.

I removed the old, installed the new. I followed directions and charged and discharged the battery as instructed.Been using it for over a month and no issues here. I was reluctant to buy an "Off Brand" ... but HP didn't have mu battery in stock. This one was delivered quickly and works great.
