This bed is superb quality. Really cozy and retains dogs body heat on cold evenings without pup overheating and remains cool on warm evenings using the quilted side of the removable base cushion. Really good quality materials and strong stitching, pup absolutely loves this bed and snuggles down straight away. Washes up beautifully, looks like new after a cycle in the washing machine and stays in shape even after a cool tumble dry. I was expecting the stuffing to bunch and clump up like most dog beds after a wash cycle only to have to pull back into shape with difficulty and it never looks the same again once washed. Not this bed, it looks like it's never been near a washing machine, only the clean smell gives it away that it has, even after several washes now it's still looks like new. Super value for an obviously top quality item too. I'd definitely buy another of these once it's worn out, I would be really disappointed if they ever went off sale and I'd have to choose another brand. A 5* from pup and me.

Yep, after a slow start, and some nostalgic clinging on to the now battered bed Millie brought with her from her first home (not discarded yet), she fits snugly into her new option. It has been a bit too warm lately, so alternates between wooden floor and dog bed, but she will be well enfolded as the weather cools.Thank you from Millie.

Good price for a quality bed. Sides are a tad lower than I realised but not an issue for me. Plenty of room for my 10kg cockerpoo. Easy to wash although not done so yet. Double sided cushion useful for if/when summer comes.

My cat absolutely loves his bed, i have it on the flat (side) surface due to the room being very warm. I will turn it over for the fluffy side in the winter. He has never slept in a cat bed before (we bought him a few), he seems to like this one. My cat is a medium sized cat. I left the bed 3-4 days to puff out after taking out of packaging. Received in a 100% satisfactory condition.

Not as expected the sides are all lumpy . Disappointing.

As the headline title.Seems well made and nice and soft.Lacks any foam to give it form and body. A bit like a pillow inside another pillowy bed frame, this may or not be to your liking.

The media could not be loaded. The issue that I have experienced was,I have just recieved the product below and find it lacking in quality. It is underfilled and how can you call it Airmax???? it is only filled with hollow fibre/pillow/cushion filler, no microfoam nor any memory foam or foam padding at all!! Turned up rolled up and vacuum packed, left it for days to fluff up but was just baggy and lumpy. Felt like it needed twice the stuffing it had in. The sides didn’t even stand up. Not what I’d expect from such a well known brand!.
