Firstly I have not used the scale yet as I've not got my calibration weight yet. This review is based on my initial assessment. Very bright and readable display. Batteries were indeed included. Packaging was on point, nice and sturdy. Manual however is quite sparse with no information on what cord to purchase. 6 volts, ok what amps??? Polarity marking is not standard. Signs of a dodgy product and company. Speaking of company-zero online presence. Where is the company website? Don't know, can't find it so I can't even ask them what power cord to get.

This scale works better that I had ever expected a home/office scale to work. Terrific!

This scale is not accurate. I bought three for work and no one even uses them because of the innaccuracy. There is no instructions to be found anywhere online and the counting function doesn work.

I was called to check a couple of electronic scales in use in the hospital's infant feeding room. Found two of these SF-400D scales. Both tested accurate (within 0.15% +/-0.01g) from 200 mg to 5000 g. I was surprised, because these are inexpensive units obviously not designed for frequent use. One had a couple of button covers worn off, and the other was new enough that nothing was torn. But both performed well for weight accuracy tests.

Accurate and an excellent value for money. Batteries included.
