MovinCoolClimate Pro K63 Commercial Portable AC Unit

First I want to let you know that I have 3 of these. old and new model.The k63 is a 480v 3 phase unit... not sure who has that kind of power in their bedroom.The good: 5 tons of cooling with 2000 cfm, only one discharge tube, keep mine running 24/7 365 (5 years + only the past model units)The Bad: The condensate pumps will eventually go bad (5 yrs ish for me) and need replacing. The condensate pan will clog if you have alot of dust and not alot of maintenance.

I spent 13,000 on an ac that doesn’t even keep my room cold! Literally keep waking up in the middle of the night because it’s so hot in here!!! AHHHH
