I didn’t have enough patience for these. Or maybe the bubble solution wasn’t good enough quality, but I lost internet quickly and abandoned them pretty quickly. I’m sure I’ll get back to them at some point, but for now, they’ll sit in the shed until I learn to make enormous bubbles that will WOW my kiddos and add delight to my life

I followed instructions and still I don't get bubbles like the pictures. Very disappointed grandson.

This is the most affordable set of giant bubble wands you can buy at currently $7 for the two-pack. You can use them as they come to make giant bubbles. Or you can slide the purple star clamps at the ends of the strings to divide the large loop into smaller ones - up to four smaller ones.The idea is clever, because in windy days you cannot make giant bubbles- they pop - but you can make smaller ones by sliding the loops to make smaller loops. But as the picture shows, it's messy to slide the stars. It's hard to get them to be even, and they tend to twist making the smaller loops harder to open.If you really want the flexibility of smaller loops, your better off forking over the $18 for the E-know 3-way telescopic wand. So stick to the one loop with these.The kids had a magical afternoon making giant bubbles.It is true that the strings soak up too much liquid compared to other brands, but we were armed with the Bubbleventi bubble mix that made 10 gallons.Finally, the rods that make the handles are capped at the end facing you, so you don't get liquid dripping back at you. That's a plus.Recommend for the price and for making giant bubbles, but not for the sliding star gimmick.
