Prints perfectly, can't tell it's refurbished

Shipping was fast. The black cartridge works fine. The color cartridge gives blues that are more grey and the yellows are more of a tan color. The price is good and they enclose a postage paid envelope for recycling old cartridges, but if accurate colors are important to you, this color cartridge is probably not for you.My original rating was two stars, but I am now upgrading it to 4 stars because of their outstanding customer support. I emailed them about my color cartridge and much to my surprise they answered in about a day and gave me suggestions on how to fix the problem. The suggestions didn't seem to work for me and they sent me a new color cartridge that works fine. After doing several print head cleaning cycles on the original cartridge and several test print pages, it seems to be okay now too. So, I had some problems with the color cartridge but HouseOfToners made it right. I would order from them again.

No need to buy original. As good as Canon. Great price. Color is excellent

The black copying takes place despite the "low ink" warnings but not the printing. The color doesn't work both ways.

Print quality not great but works for me

The black ink cartridges were fine; however, the colored ink was a tinted brown.
