I never leave reviews but I feel like I needed to let anyone trying to get rid of red undertones from brown hair that this WORKS! I was box dye red for years, my hairdresser struggled to get it out completely when moving to brown which meant as it faded I had red tones in my hair. This shampoo really helped to take out the vibrancy of the red which saved me from thinking I had to dye over it again so soon. Worth every penny!

I bought this as I had my dark hair balayaged and after two washes the red undertone started to come through. After using this I could see a visible difference straight after! The colour is less red and more on the brown side. I’m not saying it’ll colour your hair brown but it definitely dulls the bright red brassy look. I like to leave it on for 5 minutes before washing it off to see a difference.The only drawback Is it does stain your hands slightly and under your fingernails so maybe wear gloves.Overall it’s good quality and I will keep using as it does work!

Absolutely love this...I've been searching high and low for a product to remove red from coloured hair and this is amazing....I've used it twice and I can see the difference already ...wish I'd found this alot sooner in life ...definitely recommend Absolutely brilliant product..and it's shampoo so no damaging my hair feels lovely just use a good conditioner too but honestly I do recommend for already coloured hair it's lifted my hair back to a nice Ash colour I will continue to use as it works xxx

I've used this a few times now and can honestly say it has not worked at all. Even if I've used a clarifying shampoo beforehand to make sure there's no residue from other products, even if it sits the maximm amount of time and I dump a load of it on... literally no difference

Only used a couple of time each, haven't noticed a change in our hair but our hands do have a hint of purple.

I bleached my dark hair and ended up with quite orange and red toned hair. I really just wanted a lighter brown, so tried blue/purple shampoos but they didn’t do much. I then tried this which really did help! The colour feels less brash now, and more like I intended. So if you’re looking to tone down red tones in the hair I’d recommend trying it out:
