After two months of use, this is a 5+ star pan!!!
Bought this 2 months ago. Have used it several dozen times. Will it wear out in a few years? Maybe. If so, I'll buy another without complaints. If they only rented this pan for $10/year, I'd sign a lifelong agreement, it's that good. This is an awesome pan, and no matter what else you own, spring for $20 and change and get one of these. Great price for gifting, too, which I'm considering right now. This is my go-to pan now, and I only pick another if I need bigger or want cast iron. Otherwise, this is it. You can NOT go wrong. Silicone handle means it doesn't get hot and can go in the oven up to 400°. The metal tip at the end does not get hot on the stove, although the metal part of the handle right next to the pan does. So you do have to be a little careful. The only thing that would make me up my rating to 5.5 stars is if the silicone handle extended another 1/2" or so closer to the pan, but then it would be exposed to gas flames and might melt, or whatever silicone does when it's overheated. But the silicone part is big enough for my hand; just be normally cautious and you'll be fine. I wasn't once and I didn't burn myself much, just an annoyance that taught me to be a little more careful.Eggs for one or two people are what this pan is perfect for.It is the only pan I've ever owned that I considered more than just a utilitarian pan. This is a work of art. The color, the weight, the balance, the handle, the temperature tolerance. I guess that's both art and engineering. Even if you don't need the pan, buy one and use it as a coffee table conversation piece. One last practical comment. If you own an infrared thermometer, I encourage you to use it the first few times you use the pan to see how hot you're getting it based on your burner settings. Then you shouldn't have to worry about it. The pan is so small that it will heat up fast and hot, and you could go over the 500° limit if you went to high heat and weren't cooking much in it. No reason at all to destroy this pan if you use a little common sense. The 400° limit for traditional Teflon was one I never seemed to be able to stay within, and I cooked many a Teflon pan in the past. This Dupont Autograph 2 coating is wonderful and should last years if you don't abuse it.Oh, and if you don't own an infrared thermometer, why not? Amazon has them as cheap as a dozen bucks. I can't attest to how good one would be that's that cheap, but do your research. I bought a Maverick on here a couple years ago for $38 and it's been one of the best purchases I've ever made. It's extremely accurate; I have a Thermapen and have tested both with ice water and boiling water and the Maverick is within 1° accuracy (Thermapen is obviously the gold standard here and it was right on as well). It'll pay for itself by helping you avoid ruining food and pans in the kitchen, and will let you run around the house checking temperatures of walls, furniture, whatever. You'll be able to better balance your heating system by adjusting vents. You'll be able to test sleeping people to be sure they're still alive. And the laser beam is great entertainment for pets. So many uses!!!!!

Excellent
About 18 months ago, I moved into a new place with an old GE electric stove in it. The stove works well, but the top surfaces of the coil heating elements are uneven. A heavy pan presses down on them and flattens them out so I get even heat, but my old Farberware 7-inch skillet, at 14 ounces, wasn't up to the task. The Anolon weighs 27.5 ounces and has no trouble with this assignment.Cooking performance is wonderful. Nice even heat with no hot spots. The interior is so nonstick, that a fried egg placed in the center of the pan will slide to one side if the oven isn't level! Handle is comfortable and stays cool. You have to hand wash it, but cleanup is a breeze. Nothing sticks. I've had mine for 3 months and use it at least two or three times a week, but it still looks brand new, inside and out. I'm always entertained by the fact that the interior is so slippery that when I rinse it, I don't have to dry it, because even water doesn't stick to it!I noticed when I got mine that there was some variation in the color of the interior nonstick surfacing. This worried me at first, but it is a purely cosmetic issue and doesn't affect cooking or cleanup.I paid 21 bucks and change for mine on sale. Definitely a bargain! Highly recommended.

They work so well. My food came out well and taste delicious.
The cooking surface heated evenly, the food cooked beautifully. he cooking surface provided enough room to cook a small complete menu. The cost is reasonably affordable for the quality it provides.

Good value
This pan works really well and is easily cleaned, but of course, all non-stick pans do so the first time they are used, even the cheap ones. This pan has nice weight which keeps it in good contact with the stove. Many other cheap pans have handles that are heavier than the pan which makes them a challenge to use when frying light foods. Although the heat conductivity is not as good as All-Cad (which costs about 400% more), it is better than most cheap, non-stick pans which makes this one a good value. The bottom is truly flat which makes it ideal for glass-top stoves.

Super frying pan, no stick and easy to clean. Get this useful addition to great cooking.
Easy to clean, no scratches appear in coating. Takes up little space in storage. Feels well balanced for the cook. Very pleased, will buy another to get through some complicated 2 part recipes.

Anolon Advanced Hard Anodized Nonstick Frying Pan / Fry Pan / Hard Anodized Skillet - 8 Inch, Brown
I love these pots and pans. I got a large set after Christmas two years ago. Since then I’ve acquired several other pieces. They cook well, they clean well and they look great. Would I buy them again YES

And this one is Just Right!
Apologies to Goldilocks, but it is. This is the replacement for my first one. Somewhere back in the early 90's I got the "Try me" skillet this same size by Analon. I've used it at least once a day for all these years, often more. It convinced me to get a whole Analon set soon after, and I love it! It all still looks and works wonderfully. But after all those years my poor little skillet had not only been used a lot but, used carelessly and misused all too often. It still holds up, but the "easy release" was not releasing so easily anymore. This was because it was accidentally left (embarrassing) overnight (very embarrassing) on the burner, empty, with the simmer flame ON under it. More than once! (Sigh)People, don't do this at home, to ANY pan. The pan is fine except this little ring where things stick. So I kind of browsed the internet and discovered I could get another one, and in Bronze! This new little beauty is home and in use now. It's so wonderful, I only use butter or oil if the recipe calls for it for flavor. The color is very subtle and warm, goes great in the kitchen. The grip is secure, comfortable and stays cool. The shape is perfect for cooking and then sliding food out on to a plate, especially since it doesn't stick! I use it everyday and look forward to doing so for another 15-20 years. I keep hoping by then I will have staff.

No está mal
El productos es bueno, aquí lo malo es la publicidad que es engañosa, según la imagen se veía que traía una tapadera, pero la realidad es otra, pero en si el sartén es muy bueno.

Great addition to my cookware family!
Love my new pan! It arrived so fast, I couldn't believe it! I just used it for the first time today and couldn't ask for anything better. It heated up so evenly that my bacon cooked perfectly without any cold spots like some of my other pans. Then I cooked my eggs right afterward and they were perfect. My son then cooked a burger. All without washing it out. Non-stick for sure. There was no residue to have to scrub off. Truly happy with this product!

It is great to hold and it feels a very solid product
It's a charm to cook with it and to clean it. I have no issue with it whatsoever. It is great to hold and it feels a very solid product. Must have in your kitchen. Still shopping for other similar products.
