very easy isntall, needed 1 hose clamp that wasnt included. temp control is kinda strange, wouldnt turn on one day,low temp was set below room temp, easy issue! Weve been taking truck stop showers for 3 winters(use our rv in the summer) i was somewhat scared of adding one of these to our cabin, now i feel stupid for waiting so long. best thing weve added since the roof went on!

I had purchased this unit back in October of 2021 to install at my cabin. Due to deployment issues I didn't get to install it until July of 2022, well past the return or warranty time. The issue I found was that regardless of what brand of batteries I used or a USB adapter the unit would refuse to show it had power or to fire off. I checked the wiring inside and found that I was getting correct voltage at the top of the battery compartment and all the connections were tight. I checked the switch to make sure it was passing power, but the control box would refuse to see that it had power and would not function.The to times it DID function I was disappointed to find that the temperature controls and display only turn on when water is actually flowing necessitating a lot of walking around the building to get it dialed in.I'm hoping I can get a replacement controller from the company but I'm not holding my breath. I'm just going to order a different brand and pay the extra for the EZ-101 and replace the whole unit.

I purchased this TC Home 18L Tankless water heater to heat my 18 foot pool. It works better than I thought! When it senses the water starting to flow it auto lights the burner! I had a problem with the digital temperature guage not displaying the water temperature, so I contacted the company and they are sending me parts out to correct the problem! Great customer service, very responsive!

This unit has really good heat and pressure. I'm very satisfied. I constructed a portable "wall" from angle iron to hold the unit during use. It must be in installed on a fire proof wall that is away from the room it is used in. I placed my "wall" outside the bathroom window and have the water out hose coming in through the window. The unit is capable of getting the water way too hot for use. I set my unit at about 1/2 way heat and full water pressure and it is plenty hot for showering. I'm more than happy with my purchase.

First let me say I have not used the product a lot at the time of writing this review. The hookups are straightforward and once water was flowing the ignition automatically started the burner. The water gets hot very quickly and I would caution there is the possibility of getting scalded. With that in mind I do prefer the ability to have the water that hot (particularly if I'm adding hot water to a body of cold water). I did have one small problem, the display did not work. However, the unit functions without the display. I was sent a replacement display without an issue and when I removed the panel yo replace the old one I found that 2 wires had not been connected and once they were it worked fine. To be clear, this is not something the consumer would have connected, it should have come that way but it was a very easy fix.

Lousy water heater and difficult customer service. Got this in April 2020. Installed in my Skoolie with propane and city water. It would heat water for about a minute then turn off. Couldn’t ever get it adjusted so it would stay on long enough for a shower. Then the light that shows it’s working and the temp, would not shut off. I had to manually turn off the unit. So the company finally sent me another one. I had to pay shipping. The second unit worked a bit longer but after about 5 uses it quit working all together. It was very sensitive and heated water a few minutes longer but never for 20 minutes and never hot. Just warm. To get a refund, I had to ship it back, my dime. The company was super reluctant to give a refund and make things as difficult as possible, probably hoping I’d just give up. Finally got a refund in September! Ridiculous! I do not recommend this product or this company.

Pay close attention to the fittings when you buy this make sure you get the right fittings have not hooked it up yet but I plan on it I cannot find a vent pipe for any place so I had to fabricate one but it’s easy to do good luck

This will NOT turn on unless it is put ALL the way up on the temperature control. As soon as if turn down the flow to add cold it immediately turns off. It was an Amazon open box order so I can't return it. The ONLY way it will work is if it is cranking out boiling hot. This is a complete waste of money and a failure of the trust of the open box system. It should be able to be returned when the product is defective like this.
