MilkyWayHuman Hair Weave Pure Yaki 8" #p4/30

I would have rated zero stars just because of the customer service of Hair Style 21. I placed the order, but never received it. When I contacted customer service, they responded that it was delivered & gave me the USPS tracking number. I informed them that I believe it was delivered, however it was not received by me. They then instructed me to check with my family members & neighbors! Really! As if this had never occurred to me. The last blow was when they instructed me to call the post office & file a claim. Seriously? Wouldn't the post office tell me they tracked the package & show it was delivered even though they can not prove whether or not I received it? This is a joke! I'm sure the product is good & I'm glad that someone is enjoying it's use. I just wish that someone was the person who actually wasted time purchasing from HAIR STYLE 21 & writing this review.

I use this hair all the time. Still the same great as usual. I will continually use it. no issues.
