Great vacuum
This unit is lightweight, has a good cord length, functions very well with all 4 wheels that swivel, tracks very well by design, and is of good quality German engineering.

Giant Waste of Money
This vacuum doesn't come with the advertised electric brush head, the bags, nor the HEPA filters they advertise. The vacuum - driven brush that does come with it acts as if it is ALLERGIC to pet hair. It clogs within seconds of picking up the slightest bit of hair and the brush locks up tight.Out of 1 hour of total use of this vacuum, I have spent at least 2.5 hours cleaning the brush head and trying to get it working again. This is not just the brush, but the wheels on bottom as well.The seller sucks.The vacuum blows.Do yourself a favor and skip them both.

We didn't receive the 8 extra bags, as advertised. Just one included. Disappointing.
Vacuum arrived late, and the box was in poor condition. Seems to work fine. The additional 8 bags did not come with the vacuum. Amazon refuses to remedy the situation unless we send the entire vacuum back. That's totally unnecessary. Just send the bags! Very expensive vacuum - still trying to determine if it's worth it.

Sucks well and is relatively quiet.
We have owned our Miele vacuum for 8+ years. Has worked flawlessly. The bags have excellent filtering capabilities. And, the vacuum has 2 different filters.Highly recommended.I bought it to replace a noisy $600 Dyson bagless vacuum.

Filters were missing
The vacuum is very nice. It did not arrive with the 2 boxes of filters as advertised and pictured.

Buyer Beware: Not The Miele Marin You Are Looking For
This is not the Miele Marin that is featured in the United States or reviewed by Consumer Reports. This Miele is coming out of Canada and does not come with the motorized SEB 236 power nozzle which is superior to the air driven, turbo nozzle, featured on this machine. This machine's warranty is not valid here in the United States.
