It's nice to have the full set, for the price of one band (from some suppliers). The small drawstring bag keeps the set together very neatly and it's been nice to experiment with new and different exercises. The variety of bands means there's something for any level of fitness/strength and we have enjoyed finding different exercises to add to our routine. My husband was skeptical at first, but has now been converted to using the tough black band in his workout for various chest, arm and leg routines..... with great results!

Couple of weeks in and SNAP! Pity, as they seemed good at first, that is until the sting of the band across the cheek. You get what you pay for I guess!

I’ve bought these before from another brand so was expecting a similar package - ie. some exercises with instructions and information on the weights. Nothing. Just a bag and bands. I think they must have forgotten so will be returning.
