Good for the price,,,,seem sturdy enough,i use for maintaining a reasonsble level of arm strength,as part of staying fit in general.

The media could not be loaded. Bought these to strengthen my wrist as I damaged my wrist in the gym... takes so long to heal apparently - thought I’d get these to avoid that happening again!Had no idea the counting feature was included so now I just do 100 at a time! Love it!

Signs of wear, looks like it has been held before, to back this up one of them was on 17 reps and one was on 11 already, I bought them thinking they were brand new unopened, the box arrived opened and damaged so this was a clear indication also they had already been used.

used most days. I recommend using a hand covering as can blister fingers after prolonged use. Plus counters broke within a few days. Otherwise good.

When I initially received my grip trainers I was very pleased they provided a good level of resistance, felt good in the hand, and I really liked the counter installed in the handle. However, one of pair snapped after approximately one month of usage. Not only am I now down a gripper but when it snapped it left a few sharp edges and although I wasn't I hurt I think it's plausible if it happened to someone else they could be.
