I loved the design, and whilst huge, was still relatively easy for a novice. On the face of it, the price is very reasonable too. However, it was supplied with nowhere near enough thread on virtually every colour. In some cases, I got through a full skein of thread on top of the thread that was supplied in order to complete a colour....so not just a slight miscalculation. So I ended up paying virtually the same amount again in order to complete the kit.

Arrived quickly. Nicely packaged. Good easy cross stitch project for beginners age 12 plus or those that a a lot older people like myself. Only just began it and so am looking forward to several months leisure time on the picture.

I really like this set; the picture is great and the colours vibrant. I was just a bit upset by two not insignificant problems I encountered: 1. Some of the coloured threads had been put in the wrong numbered space, making it really complicated to work out which one should go where. 2. (Possibly as a consequence of the above?) I had far too little of some colours - for example blue for the sky was only about 30% of that needed, despite using only 2 strands rather than the 3 recommended, so I got 3 lengths rather than 2 out of each thread ( which are composed of 6 strands). I had to match up and buy several colours. On the other hand, I had excess of some other little used colours.

I wanted a reasonably easy introduction to cross stitch that would give me a beautiful finished product. This pack provides everything needed - my only reservation is that the instructions have been translated from Chinese and are sometimes a little difficult to follow.It is a large canvas and will take a lot of work to finish but we all have time on our hands just now!

Lovely cross stitch project to keep me occupied during lockdown. End result was lovely. Only downside was not enough threads for at least 3 sections of the picture, so I had to order some more from a craft shop, and hope they matched up. Disappointed!

Good quality, very large with a lot of extra thread. Clear instructions, be aware it is very time consuming but therapeutic.
