Mine arrived with dead batteries.
The product is a good value and go-to for the average person wanting to know TDS in their water supply. Mine arrived and did not work out of the box. I was hoping it was the batteries and fortunately it was and I had some extra button-style batteries lying around. After installing new batteries, the meter works good and seems to be accurate.

I keep Caridina shrimp and its vital i have a fully operational accurate TDS pen, and this is it, despite being calibrated, i knocked it out of calibration and recalibrated, perfect every time, so i cross referenced the readings from this and my HM Digital Tri TDS Meter and the results are the same every time, deadly accurate, you really know your getting quality when you buy HM Digital, you can buy this pen and know it will go the distance, as with all TDS/PH pens (DONT) let the Probe dry, if it drys it dies
