Refrig is so quiet that I have checked several times to make sure it was still running. Though only owned this one about one week, it keeps food cold with no inconsistency. I own or have owned several Danby mini refrigerators and had found them all to be of the highest quality with many years of use in each case. I own a Bed and Breakfast and have refrigs in each guest room plus my personal bedroom. I would highly recommend this refrig and its maker (Danby).

Works well for a dorm. Sides of fridge get pretty hot though, so don’t put it next to anything.

I purchased this because it was that half or so inch shorter so I could fit it under my already lower desk. I also liked it not having the useless little freezer most of these fridges come with (thus adds an extra top shelf for fridge items). It also has a very nice bottle/can rack that’s so much more usable than other systems I’ve seen out there. The door is changeable (open from the other side) and the motor is quite quiet. Good product overall.

Got this for my outdoor kitchen to fit into a cabinet. Just installed 2 days ago, over all seems OK. Very light, which surprised me, so long term we will see. Particularly like that it doesn't have a freezer...which are usu. useless in a fridge this size. All room is for refrigeration.

Bought this as an upgrade from a truly mini fridge used for breastmilk for the newborn. It could be colder in my opinion. I have the setting maxed out and it’s not quite as cold as I’d expect it to be but it gets the job done. It looks great and the hum produced by it isn’t loud at all which is nice since I have it running about 10 feet from where I sleep. Even a small fan will drown out the noise, but even without, the noise is minimal.

1. The temp control is in an awkward place, outside on the back. If you set something on top of the fridge, it will be difficult to access.2. It doesn't really 'fit' a two liter bottle in the door. It's deep enough, but not tall enough. The bottle leans slightly forward.3. The bottom storage is very limited. It's not deep to make room for the compressor. Put a bottle down there and it won't stand up because of the shelves, if you have them at 12oz can height.4. I'm disappointed, looks like I'll have to hassle with a return because of #5. Pay attention to the photos.5. Struggling to get it below 40 degrees in a 72 degree house. More like a cold box, not a fridge.

This is a huge improvement over our previous mini fridge. I love that there is no freezer to defrost. Fits lots of drinks. Quiet and efficient.

I live in a three bedroom apartment with my four children. The refrigerator is lacking in size, especially with growing kids. I bought this beautiful fridge because it’s a Danby, it doesn’t have a freezer portion that I’ve always had bad luck with those, the perfect size, and really quiet. I did purchase a small freezer at the same time, but I’ll have to review that directly. My kids absolutely love it! Switched to cans for when they have soda and since their is four rows of two for cans ( Snapple 16oz bottles do not fit ) they each have two slots for soda. I’ve always loved Danby especially their dehumidifiers that last more than a year like most these days. Price was shockingly competitive. Very nice unit!!!
