Heard about liposomal vitamin C from a documentary series entitled “Proven”. Wanted to try it and this seem to be the best brand of capsules. I like that none of the ingredients are sourced from China! (I hope this is not just powdered vitamin C with lecithin. I did a little bit more research today and it says there are many brands doing it that way). I didn’t give five stars for absorption because I’m not sure how well it absorbs. But it does not upset my stomach, which is good. I’m going to use a second bottle and see if I notice some of the things that liposomal vitamin C is supposed to help with like; better hair, skin nails etc. ( only took half of one bottle so far since my hubby and I are splitting it.) But I really really like is that loposomal vitamin C is supposed to be a form where you absorb so MUCH more of this than you would any other form! I hate paying for something that I’m not getting a good out of, so liposomal C seems to offer a solution for that!

None of the ingredients in this supplemnt is sourced from China which is unusual as most supplements in we purchase have an ingredient sourced from China.

We have been using this for years, it’s our favorite. They don’t upset my stomach and they are great for our immune systems. They are very high quality!

Ok, I can't even believe all this! I had been reading about Lipsomal C for a while before deciding to try it. I am a big believer in the benefits of the vitamins and supplements that I take. I read a lot of reviews and decided that this was the one I wanted to try. Ok, day 1, no, this must be my imagination! Allergies feel better. Day 2, no, must be my imagination. Mind over matter because I read it in a review! Day 3, this can't be in my mind because my allergies are better! OMG! My sinuses feel better and I haven't been taking sinus meds for 3 days now! Day 4, can this be be possible?! Now I feel more awake all day! Day 5, ok, there's no denying the fact that I feel the difference! I have terrible allergies and have had for over 50 years, asthma too! Truth be told, I have increased it to 3 a day and that was when the feeling of "awake" all day kicked in! This is amazing! No more sinus relief tabs to help me through the day. I am a customer for life! What makes me so mad is that our doctors don't have this information to share with us. But I guess it's not written in the pharmaceutical bible! I haven't been able to breathe through my nose in years but now I can!
