BORE TEXMuzzle Cap

Hunting in the Maine woods, lots of snow, I slipped and the rifle barrel went into the snow. I would have lost a day’s hunting as a result. The hunt was saved due to this equipment.

This states "Medium BORE TEX caps fit most ... Ar-15/M4 assault rifles." It did not completely cover my FSC 556 brake, so it was a totally useless purchase. Hate that I wasted my money on these.EDIT: After reading my review, the owner of the company gave me a call. I'd have to say it was unexpected, but he offered to refund the purchase and do what it took to make things right.Having worked extensively in customer-facing roles, as well as in a growing small business, I understand that the owner (and the business) hold their customers in high regard.I talked with the owner about what dimensions might fit my brake and told him that if he were to manufacture them a bit longer (1/2"), he'd have me as a customer again.Ultimately, I declined his offer to refund my order, because they're obviously a high-quality product. I will do an AR build soon and use them for the AR.I should mention the only thing the owner offered me was a refund, but I changed my review because of their excellent customer service. It's hard not to support good people.

like the product, should work good once I order the correct size. I ordered the medium. to big for my .270 tikka. to small for remington .870 12 gauge. orderingredients the medium. giving these out to buddies for there guns

Work well to protect your muzzle from dust in storage, or dirt/mud in the field. I cap all my rifles/shotguns with these when not in use.It's hard to tell what size you need, so buy multiple sizes -- one of them will fit.

item arrive in good condition i have a 410 shotgun, these fits a 12 gauge shotgun.they make smaller one.

Works perfectly for what I needed it for. Won't just fall off, but is super easy to remove.I ordered the wrong size initially, seller swapped with no problem excellent customer service.

These are perfect. Needed something to keep rain out of barrel of my rifle and found these online. Liked them so much I ordered more for a friend of mine and he likes them as well. No more worries about rain!

Works well for standard barrels, but too small to cover my Breacher Barrel. I wanted the cap to cover the sharp jagged points of my Breacher Barrel so I could slide it into a scabbard without ripping it, but they are too small. Tried to force it and the cap ripped apart. Wish they had a larger size, but as I said these do work well for standard barrels.
