Dont like the taste but the customer support was excellent
I've updated my review not because I like the test of the product but to give props to the company for stepping up and and trying to make me a happy customer. I didnt think it was fair to return the product to amazon having opened their product. I left the review and forgot about it right after. A couple weeks later i noticed a refund from the seller. unsolicited. It was a pleasant surprise. So why did up the star rating? Well even though I didnt like this product I am willing to try them again because they honor their word and try to please the customer...Original Review>>>>If I could give this product a zero rating I would. I can’t return this so I’m literally throwing away the entire box. Do not purchase this item. Also it advertises that it is a Neapolitan pack but that is somewhat deceptive as the other space ice cream products come in three flavors in one pack. These are multiple packs with three flavors. Once again if you’re expecting a good tasting product this is absolutely not it. Do not waste your money.

Disappointing texture, TINY packages
I wish I had deferred to the other reviews.Pros:Cute heart-shaped pieces are easy to eatFlavors are richGood packagingCons:TINY! My god, I can't believe I paid $40 for these tiny packagesBanana was the flavor of the month (I should have gotten Neapolitan instead of favorites) So grossTexture - Not crunchy like I expected, very crumbly, unsatisfying to biteI even tried mixing Strawberry/Banana/Chocolate/Vanilla so it would be like the Dippin Dots "banana split" flavor profile and it helps, but the whipped texture is just too light. It's not even as dense as cereal marshmallows, it just evaporates as you chew and is very disappointing.I really wish I could return these for something with bigger pieces at least. I guess for a kid's party these would be good...(half the point of freeze-dried ice cream, to me, is the CRONCH)

Interesting flavors
This is a bit different compared to your typical freeze dried ice cream, I enjoy all if the flavors except for vanilla, it just tasted a bit off to me but that could just be my opinion. Definitely worth a try if your an astronaut ice cream fan, all the flavors taste exactly like what they say they are!

Disgusting - not like real space icecream
I am literally obsessed with space icecream. I was so excited to try this kind. It literally tastes like crap. Don't waste your time and money unless you like being disappointed. This company needs to go back to the drawing board. Every flavor was sick. I'm being brutally honest - sometimes that's what a company needs to hear. I wanted to like it.
