It is a slightly boxy down jacket but in a good and stylish way. It is perfect for having layers inside the coat. A great coat for blocking wind but yet lightweight. The hood is designed like an arctic hood with extra wind protection around the face.

I read the comments and some people said the size run small, so I bought a M size (I usually get a S). However I think the size fit as expected, M size still a little to big for me.The coat is really good, warm and the material is nicer than I thought.

This coat is warm and a bit more fashionable than most outdoor puffy coats. I’m 5’5’’, 140 lbs and ordered the medium size - fits well. The back of the coat is almost to my knees but I like the look and the length means my bum will be totally covered and warm when I sit down. My only complaint is no inside hidden pockets for $ or phone and the hood is too big without enough adjustments but I guess works fine over a larger winter hat. The zippers on the sides are decoration only, they don’t affect the width of the bottom of the coat.

The jacket is very warm and light to carry but a bit tight for me. I wear an 16-18 so I ordered the xxl but its a little too snug on the hip area. It fits and is comfortable everywhere else but I wish I could order it a size larger and it would be perfect. Im kipping it because it is very warm I needed it urgently but otherwise I would have returned because of this.

The jacket is warm and comfortable but not too bulky. I'm normally size L in coats and this fits with room to spare. The length hits my lower thigh (I'm 5'7) and the zipper is a 2-way that you can adjust if needed for sitting. I washed it in my washer on regular cycle and dried it with medium heat and it came out perfect. Very happy with this purchase!

I wanted a longer, less dressy, warm jacket to round out my winter coat options. I've been eyeing Orolay for a while, so when they came up on a Black Friday deal, I jumped on it. In fact, I ordered two different coats, but got a message from Amazon that they were canceling the order due to an unspecified "problem," and issuing a refund. No explanation about what the problem was.Regarding the purchase that was completed (Orolay Women's Stylish Down Coat Winter Jacket with Hood):I am 5'3", about 150 lbs, narrow through the shoulders and hips, and busty. I have a hard time fitting coats, tops, and shirts. I ordered a large based on the comments left by other buyers. Indeed, the large fits fine across the chest, though it's big everywhere else, especially through the shoulders, back, and waist. The sleeves are too long, too, but I've never bought a long-sleeved anything that didn't need the sleeves shortened. I'm on the fence about exchanging it for a medium that may be a little tight in the chest but fits everywhere else.Likes:-Fits across the chest.-Longer in the back so that I'm sitting on it instead of a cold seat.-Elastic band inside the sleeves to keep the cold air out.-Deep hand pockets (but only two; the zippered pocket on the chest is mostly for show, though it could hold some cash, a credit card or key; not sure most phones would fit comfortably).-Adjustable hood, which I assume will help keep it on in the wind.-Side zippers near the hem are an interesting design element.-The color (army green).-It's casual.Dislikes:-Too big in shoulders, back, and waist (disproportionately so in comparison to chest).-Pulling in the waist drawstring on the inside, with those little glide things, makes the coat look a bit odd, plus I can feel the cord across my back.-Sleeves are at least three inches too long, so will have to be shortened (story of my life).-The hand pockets have snaps rather than zippers, so they are not secure, and there are only two.-No inside pocket (all coats should have an inside pocket).The hood is not removable.I wish I had ordered multiple sizes and styles so that I could do a comparison.

I love this coat! I have bought 3 different styles coats from Orolay and each one is a hit! This one is true to size, warm, well styled with a great hood and distinctive ! I always get compliments whenever I wear any of the coats and 2 friends just asked about this one last night and are ordering it. I especially appreciate that it doesn’t look like all the other ubiquitous puffy down coats ! I’m 5’2 “ 115 lbs and the small fits perfectly.

This coat seems to be well made. However, the fit of the upper body is relatively smaller than the bottom, and it didn't look "stylish" at all on me. The side zippers are for looks, unlike the zippers on luggage that add extra room when needed, and don't add any room at all when unzipped because the maximum width of the fabric under the zipper is only as wide as the zipper itself (the description of how the zippers make the coat roomier is false and misleading). The coat is fairly heavy in weight comparing with other down coats of similar warmth. The down used may be of lower 'fill" number (thus requiring more down to provide the same warmth) - this information isn't found anywhere on the labels. I returned it.

Warm coat due to quality down filling, but an odd shape: drawstring 'waist' is far too high up on garment so when it's tightened, makes it look like u've a pot-belly. When u wear it loose, looks really dumpy. Good hood and while manufacturer doesn't claim coat is waterproof (down garments at this price-point can't possibly be), while the rest of the inside stays dry in moderate rain, the shoulder seams let in badly, particularly if wearing a bag strap or backpack. Great that zipper can be opened from bottom up (two-way) otherwise would be too tight to sit down. But annoying that side zips are just for show (non-functional).

This fits beautifully. Being short and curvy this style works for me. I've worn this in cold weather and it's kept me warm. Also got caught in a shower and the drops just beaded off keeping me totally dry. I love the colour. Loads of pockets which seem to have been well thought out. Large and warmly lined side pockets. The chest zipped pocket is clear of rucksack straps. The hand warmers work brilliantly to keep hands and wrists super warm with or without gloves. 5 stars all round.

Like the style of the coat but it is so so creased after being squashed into a small package - how can I get the creases out ?

I can't return. ITs too big and doesn't seem very warm . the label.to return gives an error .How to contact the seller?

This is a lovely warm coat, perfect for this cold weather. My two comment would be that I would have liked press studs as well as a zip and the hood is very big. However I would buy it again.
