My tiny puppy had a severe allergic reaction to chicken and beef. I was so worried what to feed her because my vet didn’t want to acknowledge that even a puppy could be allergic to her food. They said it must be fleas that no one could find so I set out on my own to get her food she could eat without reaction. I was feeding her cooked oatmeal to fill her and stop all the diarrhea. I saw this Limited Ingredient food but I was afraid of the meats so I started her on a vegan diet puppy food. She ate it and only had limited diarrhea so I continued the oatmeal alongside. She didn’t really like it but she wasn’t having any allergies either. I started getting different meats at the store and adding it to the vegan diet which was food but she was struggling with gaining weight. Still no help from the vet and their insistence that it must be fleas because she was too young for food allergies. So one by one I tried the meats in her food giving her time in between to recover from allergies. Finally lamb was the answer! I was so happy that I found a Limited Ingredient Diet that was for puppies because most are for adult dogs. Now she has put on weight and looks SO HEALTHY! I cried with relief that she is doing so well. She likes it but definitely notices that our old dog gets can food and let me know that it was unacceptable that she didn’t get any canned food. LOL! So I include a tiny bit of oatmeal in her evening meal. I check often to see if this Limited Ingredient Lamb Puppy food comes in canned. We would both appreciate it very much.Thank you for helping my puppy not only thrive but enjoy her food!

Update 9/5/23: Puppy is now over 6 months and he LOVES it. Switched back due to a allergy and I wasn’t sure if it was his food, but all is well and he eats it without a problem.At first my 7 week old puppy liked it, but after a few days he started having diarrhea. Im not sure how to go about getting a refund because I have almost full bag of dog food that I can’t use. Each dog is different so you pooch might have these issues.

Tried some the fancier higher cost foods and (and transitioned slowly)… but they didn’t sit with his stomach well.This stuff is good.Don’t stress over all the videos of people cooking their pets 4 course meals 3 times a day. Yes it’s great to throw some fresh items to them - but some taking it little too far - don’t buy into the guilt

Just got a new bag of lamb and rice puppy and the donut shape kibble has been changed to a tiny ball shape. Pup doesn't have any problems eating the new shape, but it's too small to use for him for training rewards (he's an 8 month lab). I called Natural Balance to confirm that it wasn't a mix up, and they said they have changed the shape. It's now the same as the small bites adult shape.Other than the shape change, we love this kibble and have no digestive issues on it. I'm saving a bunch from my last bag to use for rewards and will feed the small balls at meals.

We tried Royal Canin French Bulldog puppy food and it gave her diarrhea. We switched to this food and it resolved the problem. French Bulldogs have sensitive digestive systems so it was important to find the right food and this is it. Yay! We’re so happy with it.

My dogs are just over a year, but are still growing, so I bought this 4 lb bag and mixed in it with their adult dog food and they absolutely love it!! superior product, highly recommend. Excellent brand

It’s a great food for puppies. They don’t ever have gi problems and they thrive. Always good for them.
