This is a very good product....it has worked wonders on my skin....it works for all skin types.....it lightens and brightens my skin....very much satisfied with this product....my skin feels smooth and soft after using this.

My mother and I do not have time for face scrubs etc. but got this a year ago and it turned out that we both thoroughly enjoy using it. It's light but effective, mixes well with water, isn't harsh or granular on the skin, smells nice, and the face brightens after using it. I like it so much that I almost bought a couple of boxes as a back-up, but my mother stopped me saying we should finish the box we have now, which, despite (infrequent) usage by two women, is still only half empty even though I got it last August.The problem is the same as with any scrub. It tends to drip as soon as you add water to it and you have to clean the bathroom thoroughly afterwards, but that is typical of any powder. It just means that I see more flowing down the drain than on my face.

I was so skeptical about this one being in a powder form but it worked wonder on my skin. It immediately brightens my face and the best part is it deep cleanses my face without even stretching or drying it out.

My skin is extremely dry and all the face wash just stretches my skin except this one...it hydrates very well and instantly gives a glowing skin.

I was very excited to try this product as I had never tried anything like it before. I enjoy the smell, though my partner did not. It is very earthy. To mix this cleanser you have to mix it with water. It took me several tries to get the consistency to a useable one, which also meant I made quite a bit of a mess all over my bathroom while experimenting with this product. Once I got it mixed and applied, I felt it was very similar to a mud or clay mask (makes sense when you look at the ingredients) and was fairly enjoyable. That being said, I'm not sure if it really got my skin any cleaner or softer than when I started.

As someone who loves to try different skin and facial products, I was intrigued by this as it's something I've not encountered before (possibly a cultural thing). I am glad I did though. The container comes with a bountiful amount of the "scrub" (a brown powdered mixture of various herbs and plants et. al.) that has a nice smell to it. When using the powder, you can feel the exfoliating aspect of it, and afterwards I always feel clean and refreshed, with a slight tingling/cooling feeling to my skin. While this is probably not something you would solely use without aby other type of facial cleanser or product, I have very much enjoyed it and am glad that I opened up another new area of skincare that was previously unknown to me. I definitely recommend checking it out if curious or intrigued.

This is a facial scrub that comes in a powder form. You take some powder, mix with water into a paste, and apply it to your face and then wash off. The ingredients make for a very refreshing experience, both in the feeling and the refreshing and uplifting smells.You get a decent amount of powder (instructions say to use within 4 months of opening, and the quantity seems adequate for that). It comes in a glass jar that is sealed internally (it is not an adhesive top, but rather a thin plug that you lift out).This is also extremely gift-able. Not only is the glass container attractive in its labeling, but the box it comes in is outstanding in its own right. The very fancy box is sealed with... wait for it... a wax seal (yup, I tested it - a real wax seal).All in all a nice product.

This face wash comes in the form of a powder that has to be made into a paste by mixing water which is making the process unnecessary lengthy. I would rather just have a paste form wash already. The texture is gritty so maybe it helps exfoliate but I prefer microexfoliants. I didnt notice much of a difference in cleaner or brighter skin after all the effort either.

I was really excited to try this 'ROOTS AND HERBS' Ayurvedic Face Wash. It's got some admiral qualities such as using natural ingredients; also free of sulfates, alcohol, parabens, silicon and dyes. But the format of the face wash is just too messy and gritty for me. I thought that it would be like other cleansers I've had, and it's not.. I'm open to trying new things, so I did try a couple times. But the problem is that it leaves such a mess, it feels kind of odd and rough on my skin, and I just really don't care for it. But, others may. It does make my skin feel soft, and does give a smoothness to my face. I also liked it being sealed by a wax stamp, and being in a nice container. This has definitely been a unique experience with this product, and it does provide some nice skincare benefits. I just don't see myself going through all of the mess and everything to use it again..😕
