Product was easy to put together. the delivery was within 30 minutes after they called. and was handeled very well by the men getting the chair off the truck to my house. they did a great delivery job!! The chair is very comfortable and the material is so soft.

This chair is very comfortable! It is a decent size, not too small. It is just what we wanted! The only issue is that the color is WAAAY off. We ordered the “chocolate brown” color, but the actual color is more like a weird greenish grey. Attached is a picture of the chair next to our actual chocolate brown couch, and as you can see, they are totally different. I’m not sure if we were sent the wrong one, or if the picture just is a bad representation.

The photo from Amazon is not a good representation of the leather tobacco. It isn’t shiny, doesn’t look like plastic. It’s nice looking, smells like leather, feels like leather. Chair is not very wide, but wide enough. Sits higher off the floor than many, which is why I bought it. I’m 5’4” and my feet are not flat on the floor when seated but I bought it to recline. Chair is soft and comfortable, easy to recline and easy to get back out of. Arrived in perfect shape. Delivery was 4 hours later than it was set to be. Guys didn’t wear masks. They were nice, polite and helpful in getting the chair out of box and inside front door. Overall a good purchase.My husband has a leather lane recliner that’s over 10 years old so I knew Lane was a good choice.

Initially, I gave this 5 stars because it was reasonable easy to assemble, looked really nice, and there were no identified issues. However, after 3 months, the reclining mechanism broke - this chair had very light usage prior to breaking. Now I have a brand new chair that is permanently in a half reclined position... with the leg support unable to fully lift to recline or return to a closed position.

We bought two matching chairs. My husband and I are both enjoying them. The chairs are comfortable and look great in our house. The delivery was fast. We are very pleased with the purchase.Updated - The reclining mechanism in both chairs broke within a few months. We are now awaiting the repair company to come look at the chairs. Their first appointment was six weeks out. We are hoping for lasting repairs, but we are frustrated and disappointed with the quality of the original construction. We bought chairs made in the U.S.A. hoping for good quality.

Back cushion wears down and the way the back is made, I cannot get the stuffing right. Hurts my back. I would not buy it again.

It’s a beautiful chair , lane products are as good as lazy boy or better

Good chair but makes a metal noise when getting up or sitting. Not for tall folks.
