I followed all the steps as detailed in the little booklet that came with the camera. Just to make sure it was compatible with my internet connection, I set it up wired. No problem. Set up and worked well. So I repeated the steps to set it up wireless....several times. Each time, I got the message, "Addition fails." Amazon support is a waste of time!!!!UPDATE: Tried Amazon support again. They say camera is defective and will refund. My third attempt at a camera from Amazon. I'm done!!!!

So I order this camera receive it and I misplaced the tiny manual so I contact seller and amazon neither could e-mail or mail me a new manual so I spend over half a hour with support to try to get connected to the wifi so amazon says to send it back they will get me a new one. I get the new one and check manual on how to set up with wifi and the app you are supposed to install is lookcam which is not the app amazon and the seller had me install. so after installing right app I get the camera to connect to my network I mainly got it to record when motion was detected as it says it does in the description but after messing around with poorly labeled setting in the app I can only get it to record continuously or record at a certain time to a certain time or if I am looking at the camera live I can start and stop recording that way also. but the one way I need to record which is only if it detects motion I am unable to get it to do. if it does in fact work as advertised I will change my review if someone can explain to me how to set it up to record motion.

This security camera it’s amazing we are very happy. Have 2 mode day time the video is with colour and night is black and white and you can see really clear video at night. Simple installation.Highly recommend this product. We love it!!!

This camera is junk! Can’t connect to WiFi then when it does it disconnects in an hour or two! Now can’t even get it to connect!

It keeps stopping the CONECTION many timesAnd I have to keep recommending it/I will like to give an other opportunity by replacing it with a new one. In one day I did reconnected 5 times
