May concern with this kind of spice is that it will be stale but this came and was very fresh

These chives are an Excellent choice! Good flavor & fragrance. I gave 4 stars for 'value for money' since they are more costly for a small bottle. But really tasty. Watkins org. chives are also a great choice, but I think this brand is eve better. Note: (I bought another 'off' brand a while back bc I wanted a bulk bag for savings... Watch out! They were no more than like chopped up flat pcs. of cut grass w/ lots of brown stiff little 'sticks' throughout; no taste at all! Threw the whole bag away. I see that brand is no longer on here, thankfully).

I really like this product! Good flavor and makes food look nice. I use it in omelets, airfryer chicken, salad dressing, on deviled eggs, fish, etc. Can't even find it in the grocery stores. I'm going to order some more right now because it can take a while to ship and I don't want to run out!

Tastes like the real thing, when you might not have the real thing around. Better than any other brand I've tried. Freeze drying certainly makes a difference.

These dried chives are excellent. Wonderful flavor and aroma at a very reasonable price.

Convenient for every day use. Tasty and holds up in my prepared dishes. Sure beats fresh since due to my fault- spoiling. Bought a case & given some out to favorite people & they are thrilled.
