Disappointing
I bought this for my grandaughter’s birthday. It didn't do anything. So I quickly ordered another. Then I tried some fresh batteries and that did the trick. The second one arrived quickly but that didn’t work either. Now waiting for a refund. Very disappointing for a child to get a birthday gift that doesn't work.

Sound does not work
The item arrived with a defective sound chip & shortly afterwards the necklace chain broke, probably because the recipient was frustrated.Will not buy from this range again.

Pretty, but questionable
Sometimes the music just stops playing early on in the cycle. It usually then keeps cutting off in the same place until you move the switch on the back. This doesn't always work. My daughter loves it, I just wish it would do what it's supposed to do!

Had a dead battery
Battery was dead on delivery, had to go and replace before gifting to daughter

The first one and its replacement don't work properly. Disappointed.

Absolute Rubbish
Bought this item twice, the 1st didn’t make a sound, opened up the battery compartment and it had been water damaged, went through Amazon online to try to return it, ended up speaking to someone from the manufacture, who said Amazon need to replace/refund, this didn’t happen either, because the item was for my wee disappointed granddaughter I ordered another one, same issue as the first. My advice to anyone thinking of purchasing………don’t bother, go to a store so you can test before you buy!
