Exactly as advertised
The instructions that came with the unit were basically worthless. Had to look online for better instructions.

Works great!
I use it for an outside shower. It doesn't come with all the fittings that you'll need but you can take it to home Depot and that's where we were able to find all the fittings we needed. And after installation it works just perfect.

Too little directions
Well after 2 days we finally have hot water. The direction book is very poorly written. The pictures are very hard to make out. They don't tell you that you need special fittings for the gas line nor do they say anything about needing a regulator both of which you need. And then let me tell you about the vent system thats a whole days project as you have to get special sizes for that as well. Then it didn't come with the bracket to hang it on the wall guess what that was $40 something at the store they said they would compensate me for that so we shall see. They need to update their add on Amazon thats for sure. Now that we bought all the extra stuff we have hot water. So it's not all bad it takes our cold spring water and makes it around 120f in seconds. Getting it installed was the hardest part.

Good water heater.. don't like the shower head it came with but was easy to interchange with one we liked.

Cheaply made and awful support.
Purchased this for my off grid cabin and used once. Cooper pipe burst (NOT FROM FREEZING) and support states it had to be from freezing. They offered 10% off a bigger unit but wouldn't replace this one. Pathetic.DO NOT PURCHASE

Dead on arrival required adapters to hook up
The fittings are european and we had to go and locate all three adapters to hook this up. They should have come with the unit. Then after all that hassle we could not get it to turn on at all. The battery compartment was very cheap and would definitely break after replacing batteries frequently. Looked like it was built ok with exception of battery compartment. Never got it working
