Mr. Health MSM 1000MG, Muscle Cramps and Chronic Pain Relief 120 Capsules

I bought this because "MSM is a powerful anti-inflammatory due to its ability to allow metabolic wastes to be removed from the cells." Sulfur helps rid the body of toxins. I like that Mr. Health is Manufactured in the USA in a GMP certified Organic facility because that means the supplement is high quality. I'm hoping that after taking the MSM for a while, it helps my joint and skin issues. Disclaimer: I received a discount in exchange for an honest review.

I have been taking 2 capsules a day for only 1 week and so far, the only thing I've noticed is a lot of intestinal gas.

Ok there are a couple problems with this product. One the listing says it is 200mg which at first I was dumb founded because anyone that is taking this knows you need a whole lot more than that. The powder form is much better and you need about 4 spoon fulls of this. But ok.. This is NOT 200 mg cause the bottle says it is 1000mg. Ok. so 1000mg at 120 capsules per bottle. This bottle is full to the rim. But wait!!! There is a MSM purity test you can do right at home. You can google the test, or just research it yourself. You just need a clear class of water. open the capsule or dump a spoon full if you use powder form and put inot hte water. In less than 15 secons all the MSM will sink and dissolve and your glass of water will look only like a glass of water. If you are left with anything else in the water, that is NOT MSM. now there is no test to determine what the left over is however, it is common practice for there to be fillers added to capsules. Ok I have no problem with that in general, I think it is stupid. But in doing this test of one capsule with this Mr Health MSM.. I saw zero particles sink. I only saw the entire capsule of powder float to the top, stick to the glass and continue to float at top for over 20 minutes. Not one change occured. Did a second test on another Mr Health capsule to watch closer to the bottom of the glass to see if I saw anything sink.. and I would say that it was so very small amount that it was sad really. So i can not recommend this product. There is nothing that seller can do to fix this. I will say that I was offered a discount for my honest review and I hope you feel I have given this, Here are pictures of my findings.

I bought this MSM because I always have sore muscles due to the physical work that I do and the intense workouts that I do everyday. I am always sore and my muscles ache almost every night. I was impressed with the fact that after taking this supplement for a few days I already noticed an improvement in my muscle soreness. I do not like to rely on nsaids because I feel taking too many anti inflammatory medicines are bad for your liver and your overall health. So therefore I am very grateful to have found this supplement that eases my pain! I would highly recommend it to anyone that has sore muscles or joints. Great properties! Started taking it because of the inflammation in my heart is lowering thyroid function, all netted together, really seems to be helping! Only taken it a few days, and it could be a combination of all the things I'm taking, but I'm def feeling better than I have in several weeks! I received this at a discount in exchange for my review.
