Great organic Sencha, but the instructions are wrong
For some reason the instructions on the box say it should be brewed at 90C, which is far too hot for sencha, which should be at about 80c, and the second steep at around 70c. A bit concerning that a tea company doesn't know the basic info on how to make their tea. But other than that the tea is highly reccomended above all competitors in the market.
