Pioneer 7" WVGA Display, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, Built-in Bluetooth, AppRadio Mode, Pandora, Spotify, MIXTRAX, USB/AUX Digital Multimedia Video Receiver

This unit works great in my 2006 Toyota Solara with the appropriate mounting and wiring harness kits. It has great sound and compatibility with both my personal Android phone and my work required iPhone and allows Bluetooth connectivity to both at the same time.The only caveat I had was that the steering wheel control settings menu is locked if you have turned on any of the audio features and it was a little hard to figure out how to enable them, but they are working perfectly now. Turn the unit completely off with nothing plugged into USB and go straight to settings and it should be enabled.The other mildly interesting thing is that this unit is meant for Australia and South America only. I am in the USA and set it for English, Australia and it works fine, but that seemed a bit odd.

This got a ding since I didn’t replace the old speakers and I think they are the problem but I am not testing that.

Excellent quality. Easy installation with good instructions. Went in a 2000 tundra. Full install about 2 hours with auxiliary amps and subs. Balancing is phenomenal! Excellent eq options. Audiophiles delight.

I have tried to get this working on my 2006 Chevy HHR twice with two different wiring harnesses and it has never worked. No sound is coming out at all and the Pioneer support will not answer any questions about it. I have spent so much time working on this trying multiple different harnesses and wiring scenarios and still no sound. I have worked on this so long, I am past the return window for Amazon and Pioneer won't cover it for warranty in the US.I'm sure it would be a fine stereo if it produced any sound at all.If you are in the US buyer beware.

Bought this for Apple car play and it works great! I have an iPhone 11 pro max. Head unit looks awesome in my 2006 Toyota Camry.

Dislike, there is no manual on how to program this item or any instructions on how to add phone.

I took it to get installed and the dealer that sells the same brand but other models was impressed.
