I used this to grade and slope a new driveway. Worked great to set my grid and stakes.

I love the transit but showed up broken
I got my transit and when I went to use it the next day the stand was broken and Amazon has not replaced the stand. I’ve talked to customer service 2 times but they haven’t done anything. If nothing happens I’ll stop using Amazon all together because they can’t help you with a damaged part.

Very accurate
Very accurate, and easy to use. Have tested it with distances up to 1500 ft. in bright sunlight with no problems. So far, very happy.
