Dr. Bronner Tea Tree Pure-Castile Soap - 4 Fluid Ounces

It works well as shampoo plus conditioner, facewash without affecting/drying out scalp and skin. People complaining about the price probably dont know they should dilute it with oil(almond oil and coconut oil is best along with just 4-5 drops of castile soap) while using as facewash and with water when shampooing. 4 Ounces bottle lasted me more than 1 year. It is value for money considering you dont have to buy any other chemical cosmetics.

I have always loved Castile soap...even before it was a liquid. I love the tea tree's fresh, clean smell. With all the products that I use daily, when I wash my hair with this product, it comes out squeaky clean! It is a great product and it doesn't break me out like a lot of the other shampoos do. Great price.

I enjoy this product as it is very versatile. A lot of people recommend using it as a face wash for acne prone skin, DILUTE IT IF YOU DO THIS!! I made the mistake of using it as a face wash straight out of the bottle with my Foreo Luna silicone scrubber and my face feels raw/slightly painful, dry, and tight.I also used the product as shampoo but diluted it by mixing in a few drops with my regular shampoo. I loved it mixed in with my shampoo and it made my hair feel cleaner than ever.It does have a stronger tea tree oil scent so if you're not a fan of that, this one might not be the one for you. Overall recommend trying, but *do not* forget to dilute it if applied to the body.

Requires shaking to get to lather properly, I suspect the tea tree oil separates out to some degree, but can't confirm this. Using this in the shower without a washcloth or shower poof is a little difficult and feels like I'm using a lot, but I get clean, the tea tree oil seems to do what it's supposed to, and there's no crazy list of ingredients to worry about.

Definitely cleansing but didint strip my locs of every bit of moisture like I thought it would.Have been on the hunt for a good clarifying shampoo.Perhaps I have lots of product build up though.It got a good amount of the product in my hair out though.I liked how it worked on my skin and arm pits..wew..super duper clean there.It has a decent amount of lather buf I prefer my soaps to have lots of lather.The tea tree smell isnt my favorite but thankfully not overbearing with all of the other lovely ingredients.I love how transparent this company is on their packaging too.Nice to have lots to read in the shower : )
