Very fast shipping even though it’s not amazon prime I got it in the same week even though it said I would get it in a month. Good price too! This is a gift for my niece at the moment quality seems good and it’s a nice wheel. I tested it out everything seems working Fine at the moment also the pedal is in a comfortable position. In addition my favorite part is the LCD control. Good design I’m excited to provide this as a gift. I will provide any extra update when it’s actually been put to use.

This is a sturdy, versatile machine for the money. I was impressed until I used it. The splash pan was locked in place but leaked from underneath and the handle to operate speed kept coming out. I could live with the handle issue but wheel throwing is messy enough without the pan leaking all over the machine and on to the floor. I returned it. If they redesign the splash pan I'd look at it again.

I’m new to pottery and this had great reviews so I took a chance. So glad I did. Almost no assembly and worked right out of the box. All of the tools included is a bonus. Would recommend for a beginner.

Wheel head wobbles .It happened when we first turned on the machine.It was an anniversary gift for my wife so it was not opened until Sept 19th and the return policy date was September 12th.We cannot use the machine, would love to exchange [email protected]

This is exactly what I wanted. I bought it for my grandkids, and it is perfect. I can’t believe what a good quality product this is. And it’s a wonderful way to introduce young people to pottery.

Machine had a few issues and there was some misunderstandings about the issue. After a few clarifying emails, they were more than happy to take care of the machine at no cost. Just took a few days to reach out and they completely rectified the situation. Very happy ovetall.

Easy to use and easy clean up. The pottery wheel is a great addition to our ceramic workshop. The company is superb in customer service, would recommend it to others!
