Worth it
This cover appears well made. It is very tight, however. Even after sitting in the sun for 6 hours it was a struggle to get this cover installed. The up side of this is that once it is installed, water does not pond near the drains as it did with the original cover. I treated this cover, and the prior factory one, with Scotch-guard prior to installation. It has been up for two months so far and seems to be holding up very well. I will update this review after the season is over, but to date, I am very pleased.

Quality much better than the OEM canopy
The canopy that came with our San Rafael Gazebo only lasted one year before it was badly faded and starting to wear through and rip. This in spite of having coated it with fabric protector as recommended. We didn't bother to take it down at the end of the season, instead waiting and tossing the remains the following spring. Winter killed what was left. So, we bought this canopy. First, it was very hard to put on. I could not convince it to stretch enough to get on that last corner for a long time. We finally put a hook in it and use a strap to pull it enough to get it hooked. It was excessively tight. But, it was immediately obvious that this is a much higher quality product than the original canopy. You can see the mesh embedded in the fabric and it feels more substantial. We used it all summer. It did not fade nearly as much as the original and was in good shape at the end of the season, so we took it down and stored it and figure it will make another season no problem. We were able to get it off the corner without too much difficulty; it had likely stretched a bit over time.It can be hard to put on, but it is a very good quality canopy that has so far lasted much longer than the one that came with the gazebo.Update: The first of these lasted two summers and I just purchased a second one. This one fit much, much better. It was a bit tight, but not so tight I could not stretch it by hand. The fit is much better.

Cover is nice but not BIG enough!!!
Quality seems very good. Color is okay, but a lighter beige than the original item. Still acceptable. The fit, however, is a problem as others said. No matter how much we pulled or tugged, this simply would not fit onto two of the corners. We tried pulling with pliers, strong-armed tugging by my very strong husband, and both of us pulling and tugging various sections of the canopy together, until we decided we would rip out a pocket if we continued. Finally we left it sitting partially attached in the warm sun for a few hours hoping that would loosen it up a little. It did not help. In the end we used stainless steel double-sided hooks and plastic wire ties to attach two of the corners. It doesn't feel quite fair to me to have spent so much on this cover, only to have it not actually fit, but knowing there were no other options we did what we had to do. Not sure what I will do when this canopy needs replacing, but I hope the company will pay heed to these reviews and adjust the size of the product accordingly.Update: I'm disappointed to say this ripped after only one season. Oddly, it ripped on a side, and not a corner ( where most of the stress would be), and not where we had to improvise with double-sided hooks. Way too much to spend for something with such a short lifespan. See the 2nd photo.

Finally got it completely attached
Like others I had problems getting the 4th corner attached. Here is how I did it.On the 4th corner I removed the 2 screws that hold the metal in place. I then pushed in the pin that holds the rod at length so I could shorten the rod. I then attached the canopy and stretched it as far as I could to the corner. Of course it did not make it far enough where I could attach the 2 screws I removed. I stretched it out as I could and attached it a with a zip tie.I waited 2 weeks and let it soak in the sun. I removed the zip tie. I then pulled the fabric towards the trouble corner from the right and the left. I also pushed the very end of rods from the other corners towards the trouble corner. They had a little play in them so this gave me a little more fabric in the troubled corner.I then went inside the gazebo and pushed the rod towards the trouble corner. It could extend more since the pin was in. I was able to push it far enough to squeeze my hand in and insert the screw I had removed into the corner. I was able to screw it about a quarter turn but it held. I then did that with the second screw then was able to tighten both screws about half way. My screwdriver is about 2 inches long so was hard to get in place. If you have a shorter one that may help.I then extended the rod all the way until the pin held it in place.

Won't make this mistake twice.....
Soooo disappointed in this canopy replacement. Paid extra for the rip lock fabric and even treated the entire canopy with Kwik Camp Dry Fabric Protector Spray (6 cans @ $7.68 each). With all that, I really expected to get at least a year of use out of it. I purchased this in March but didn't put it up until May. It was ripped by December!!! (Yes, it was extremely difficult to put on and nearly impossible to get on the last corner... But that's not even where it tore!). I purchased this based on the good reviews and thought I did everything I could to make sure I didn't end up having a negative review. Maybe I got a dud, but either way, I certainly didn't have the experience I was expecting with this and I don't plan to make this costly mistake again. (The original canopy that came with the gazebo lasted 18 months!!!)

This one seemed to work better than the first and had a better (and easier) ...
This was a replacement (actually my second replacement) for my gazebo. This one seemed to work better than the first and had a better (and easier) fit overall. Fortunately, I ordered two when I purchased in the event this one rips as well. It is a great product, when it doesn't rip and is certainly durable in stormy weather (although I highly recommend removing it completely and storing it if you live in an area that has winter (and icy) months to help preserve the lifetime value of the canopy.

Great fit for Sunjoy LGZ-531PST
Not too many choices on the market for my specific patio canopy cover, but very happy with this one. Got burned by a much cheaper alternative on eBay prior to this purchase and wanted a sure thing.
