It does take a bit of getting used to. I've noticed my blood sugars are normalising. Always on the low to occasionally hypo due to chronically high insulin levels. They are within the normal range and have been for the past 5 days since I have been using the mat. Only up once to the toilet over night as opposed to 2-3 times/night without the mat. To early to say about the pain as i did my back in the day after I started using the mat. I've noticed spasms and flashes of pain all over my back in the early evenings but none in the morning when I wake. They say it can take up to 6 weeks for this to resolve sufficiently to no longer be a problem. Stiffness is reducing. I am glad I went for this option. I've tested it with the multimeter. It doesn't ground as much as i would like but that could just be me getting to know how to use the multi meter but I'm happier with 1/2 volt going through my body at night than 2.5 volts.

Product works well ,but moves a lot

I don't know what the other reviewers were looking at - but according to my scope this product has zero conductive properties.There is no conductivity across the product and there is no conductivity even across the grounding wire - presumably because it is broken. It is a very cheap wire.The idea that there is inbuilt 100 k0hms resisitivity "built into" a flimsy copper wire is pure nonsense.Dont bother

I tested this product with a multimeter and it works. When you sleep on it or sit on it (must be your bare skin like hands feet or torso) then you are completely grounded. You end up getting very good sleep and if you have inflamation in your body that improves in about 4-6 weeks. My back pain has improved and is still improving. I did order another one from this same company which was not this black one but one made from a more normal material but had to return it as it did not ground very well so ended up buying a second one of these. Some people may find it a litlle cold to the touch but you get used to it and I actually quite like it slightly on the cold side as I am always so hot when I sleep. I would recomend this mattress. It is a very good price and it grounds you perfectly as as the seller says there is a safety feature (resistor) built into it.

I was recommended to purchase this by a friend to help with my arthritis. I haven't noticed a benefit as yet, but understand that because I've had the condition for a long time it can take several weeks to start working. It is not washable, but it is spongeable, and the mat has to be next to your skin, so quite a different sensation than cotton.

Full mattress cover, straps are quite tight and put pressure on mattress. Not very comfortable to use on its own but okay when using a cotton sheet.I have tested AC body voltage with and without the cotton top sheet and found that it only makes a negligible difference to the result when using a sheet. My voltage reduces from around 2200 mV to 50-55 mV with the sheet and 45-50 mV without the sheet. It also reduced voltage by about 30% when sitting on top of my duvet wearing jeans!Note that I sleep downstairs, when on the bed upstairs my body voltage is around 5000 mV, voltages increase the higher up you are.

I've been using this for a few weeks now and was hoping I'd notice a big difference in sleep quality and recovery from an injury but nothing so far.

The fact that it stays put is a bonus making this comfortable to sleep on I use cotton sheet over and so far had some really good nights and didnt wake up once ..I have constant chronic pain what a relieve waking up thinking I'd just got into bed. Wish I could ware it all day. Definitely recommended
