Q: how do these fit on a regular mouth quart jar?

We bought both the wide mouth and regular mouth lids. They all fit great. They have a little gasket to help seal.

Q: Where are these made?

Not sure but the inside is a foam looking material even though it is not thick like foam.

Q: Will this fit a 32oz wide mouth Mason jar?

Only if the jar is only as wide as the lid. I have a 24oz jar but it's tall not wide at the base. The cover is only about 3" wide from top to bottom and 6" tall. there is some stretch but not much. I put a link to the jars I use with this Cover so you can see the jars I have. This Cover fits the jars I have perfectly but I found the jars much cheaper locally.
