Tatcha Treasures for Poreless Skin Set: Hydrating and Cleansing 3 Piece Set Including The Water Cream, Satin Skin Mist, and The Deep Cleanse

Amazon didn't approve of my previous review, probably because it was a brutally honest, specific post directed towards the seller on how I received a defective and used item.Upon arrival I excitedly opened the package to reveal a damaged Tatcha box. After mindfully opening the box, one by one, I examined each product carefully and noticed the following issues with photos to back it up:The Satin Skin Mist has been used, I flipped the bottle upside down to reveal that 1/4 of it is missing.The moisturizing Water Cream seal looks to be tampered with and the tiny visible hair? Gross. Not mine.I didn't bother opening the items to try on for fear of the unknown but hold up...I put the items away and started to break out on my face after I had touched my chin.I'm sending these items back and getting a refund. Lastly, I think it's funny that Amazon pulled my original post on this product even when there is evidence to support my claim.

Looks as if half the product had been USED. I only Purchased off amazon because i needed It as a gift and to come quicker. The product was misplaced out of the box like it had fallen out (the mist) i check To see it looked only half full. I opened The moisturizer which had been sealed with a piece of tape. The second i opened It i saw On the cap the product was on top, meaning someone had TOUCHED IT. Half of the product was missing. I’m disgusted for the amount i payed For it to come in this condition. Never trusting expensive makeup on amazon again. Pretty sure it was more expensive then on the actual tatcha website.

I got a sample of the water cream in my ipsy bag and I absolutely loved the product! It wasn't too sheer and it wasn't too thick and left my skin glowing.I ordered this set so excited to try more of their products and get my hands on more of their water cream.It is nothing like the sample I received.It is sheer and oily. I have been breaking out like crazy now after using this product (not changing anything else in my skin care regimen.)I didn't return it because I had already been using the product that I paid over $70 for!!Don't waste your money. Or buy from their actual website and hope its better.So disappointed.

The box had a weird plastic sealed to the front, the water cream had a cheap sticker taped to the top and body of the cream that fell off as I opened it. The clay face spray is 3/4 full and the cream is 3/4 full and looks used. This is NOT the packaging of the manufacturer, it looks used and resold. When it comes to putting things on my face, my skin (our biggest pore) you have to be careful, I don’t trust this and am returning as a disappointed customer

I love Tatcha. They have so many great products. But the moisturizers are just not for me. I've tried both and they have left my skin feeling super irritated. They have a strong scent and left my skin burning and red. I know other people who love this and their dewy moisturizer but I would say this is a hard pass if you have sensitive skin.

This is what the jar looked like upon opening.Does that not seem as though a solid quarter if not a third of the jar is missing?

A little goes a long way so it will last a while! I did not like the matte spray but I am not looking to reduce a shine. Nice bonus considering the lotion alone is $68. The exfoliating wash and moisturizer is where it’s at!
