I love this and my body feels more energized when I take it. no weight loss with it. Quality is good and I can smell the ingredients, but I can't taste them. easy to swallow. The issue I have is the cost has exceeded my budget, so I have to stop taking them. At the lower cost I recommend but at the newest price they cost to much.

I didn't notice anything while taking them. I think they are overpriced and marketed kind of gimmicky. I get everything these advertize by eating fresh fruits and steamed veggies. I can't give them a good recommendation with a good conscious about effectiveness, functionality, mental clarity, appetite suppressant. Some people say great things about it so I had to try it. Easy to use as any supplement and there is no tase in a gel cap so I can't comment on that.
