had to have band shortened.

Too big by about 1/2 an inch. Seller refused to resize it. Rough feeling. Had one as a kid and it was made much better but they don't make these in America today. Too big then too but my Dad was able to remove some links to make it fit. He's not alive anymore so I can't go to him for help. When I was a kid people fixed things but now we live in a throw away society. Seller also refused to refund the ccx whole amount. He offered a 25% refund only. I'll try to see if a jeweler can fix it. It will probably cost me more to fix it than it's worth. In that case I'll do like society does and throw it away. BIG wast of money and time. Amazon should be responsible for this seller. This is why I don't buy from Amazon much at all.

I like the painted-in engraving, it's legible.Update: I bought a black one to match a new watch. I filled all four lines of info on this one, and the white lettering on black is more legible than the black on silver.I am confused by the sizing of these bracelets. I noted one as too small at 7.5 and one too big as 7.9, but I have a 7 inch wrist, and the latest two bracelets, which have 37 links and fit perfectly, are 7.0 inch bracelets. The others must have been outside diameters.Update: In two weeks the black bracelet broke. Edit add: They're replacing it.

I love how this bracelet looks. They have a nicely seen medical alert charm, and the engraving was excellent! I used to work in EMS and the bracelet would have been very visible with alot of need to know information. The only thing I don't like is the bracelet is just a tad too big - I ordered a small, and it would be nice to be able to shorten the bracelet. Overall very nice, especially for the price! Highly recommend!

There was room on this for a lot of info, and it's well constructed, fits well, etc. Unfortunately the finish isn't very sturdy and is already scuffed and scratched after a few weeks of wear. I'm just a housewife on medical leave, so it's not as though I do anything tough. This is disappointing, but I'm still wearing it because it's comfortable and has so much info on it.

I ordered two Medical Alert Bracelets for my wife and myself. The bracelets were well made and the engraving looked very professional. I didn't expect this high of quality at such a reasonable price. I would definitely order again from this company and I highly recommend buying their products.
